Got an RFE email notification last February 6...After waiting 13 days still no actual RFE mail... then again we received another RFE email notification today which prompted my fiance to call USCIS and they told him they just sent out the mail today and the first email was an error... You will receive an Interview Appointment Letter from the US Embassy Manila soon which you will bring with you on your Interview Day and whenever you will go to your Medical exam if you haven't done it yet. Now my question is what is the requirement for her to get in St. Luke's? Does she needs the NVC letter? Back in my days 2008. They only need the visa interview schedule letter that was emailed by USEM. I printed it out and showed it to St. Luke's. I know that now there are so many changes especially the online scheduling. We don't have that before. By the way, Im Moneth... Glad that your friend got an earlier date now.. As for the Medical, she just needs to have the Interview Appointment Schedule... The NVC letter is just needed if they dnt have the Interview Appointment Schedule yet... then she just have to pre register on the St. Lukes Medical page and bring with her passport ID photos... and her passport maybe too for identification... I really don't know if it is right to put this topic here coz i know not everyone can relate but i know that in one way or another i can get answers from here. My fiance applied for a K1 visa and it is still on process now.. if things will go right and i get approved, I will be traveling with my daughter who will be on a k2 visa. Just earlier today we talk about what will be best for my daughter so we came to a point that we talk about of him adopting her. We really don't know the exact process of adoption in the United States. So im here to ask what things or documents do i have to prepare here in the Philippines so we can go about the Adoption process once we get to the US.. Simple prices as we picked out everything for less than $400 and he diamond too. Good thing Filpinas have small hands. 1/8-1/4 carret looks big on tiny hands lol.. We will be having matching bands.. we decided to have yellow gold coz he bought me an engagement ring on a yellow gold setting so have to match it up with the engagement ring too... yeah i agree with you! we do have small hands.. i myself have just a tiny diamond on my engagement ring but it looks perfect. I should say, I haven't showed her this nor gave it to her but will in Cebu on April 1st. I really hope she says YES! Philippines	Affidavit of Support(I-134) Question...	We just got Approved(NOA2) and we are starting to gather up documents needed for the Interview. I have a daughter who will be coming with me(K2). So i am wondering if during the Interview in the US Embassy will I have to submit a separate form I-134(Affidavit of Support) for her and also the tax transcripts, w2, letter from employer, etc. to support the form I-134... I know I have to go to a CFO Seminar soon before or after I get my K1 Visa so I could get the CFO Sticker and Certification... the thing that I am concerned about is for my daughter(K2) who is just 7 yrs old and would be traveling with me. i know she don't need to attend any seminar since the other seminar are for the teens... Some are fast some are slow, ours took a little time as well.
