IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	NVC Voice system question	It took two weeks for the NVC to generate our DS3032 and AoS bill after assigning a case number (see my signature, below). I've been following some other current cases such as phirephly's, who had forms generated 1 week after being assigned a case number. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Documents to NVC	You send originals (or certified copies where appropriate, such as a final decree of divorce, where you don't have access to the original but you can get a photocopy certified by the authorities with a "raised stamp" thing. (I hope that makes sense!) They'll return the originals to the beneficiary later. --We haven't written our case number on the originals... Do you need to? IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Final Rule Regarding Affidavits Of Support	I talked to a woman on the NVC info line last night and she said the new form isn't ready yet. In the meantime they're sending out supplemental instructions saying you only need to send in one's year's tax return. She didn't mention anything about 6 months of pay stubs. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Stupid question regarding sending forms to NVC	As mentioned in another thread, I accidentally sent the DS-3032 by email immediately after our case number was assigned and they ignored it. They accepted another email the day after the DS-3032 was generated. Then there are things like the AOS fee bill that gets returned to St Louis but is then forwarded to New Hampshire where they enter it into *their* system, and the I-864 gets generated. I wouldn't want my petition, documents, and $$ floating around without anyone knowing what to do with them. Include a photocopy or Internal Revenue Service (IRS) transcript* even if you filed electronically, with all supporting schedules and/or W-2s for the most recent federal income tax return. After it's accepted you'll be sent the I-864. Then you can check your case online and register for email updates. (Not that you'll get any except for important things like approval of your petition, or maybe a request for additional info.)
