K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress ReportsCase tranferred. 6/21/13

When I got our physical transfer notice, it had little to no information. It simply told me who I was, my beneficiary's name and 'transferred'. ... don't expect too clear of a message

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress ReportsMust be a USCIS site glitch

Hello,

I'm interested if anyone else sees the same thing I do on the USCIS site.

I've plugged in my W# and it tells me the status of my I129F, but the processing times input box at the bottom doesn't seem correct.

I've selected I-129F, K1, and California. Then I get the National Goal as 5 mo, the California Center as 5 mo and the National Average as 64 .....

It says that it was last updated April 30th however I had been checking and this only seemed to have changed about 2 weeks ago.

Does anyone else see this, it's slightly concerning however improbable it may be.

Thanks,

Eric

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedurestransferring, what does it mean? where is it going?

It doesn't state any other service center or anything on the letter? Was it an email or letter?

No, A&A it doesn't, there was no further information in the physical letter.

This is pure guessing: it could either go to VSC or your local office. I think either option is better than CSC at this time because it is barely processing I-129F petitions. Actually, I wouldn't mind at all if they transferred our petition too.

Instantbenz, would you please share with us your timeline?

E&F, yes I'll get around to the timeline tonight hopefully. I really hope you're correct about Vermont.

What really had me spinning was that the options on the uscis site's processing time drop down menu were all double that of California.

I'll keep a close eye out for updates and I'll get that timeline up.

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedurestransferring, what does it mean? where is it going?
Hello, I got a I-797C Transfer Notice for my I129F on March 18th from California to ... I don't know where.

Is there something trending that I haven't seen?
Is there a likely location that it is going to go?

Our receipt date was 1-9-13.

I'm concerned and just looked at the other available 'processing times' on the uscis site. All of which indicate significantly longer wait times, aside from Vermont, than California.

Does anyone have any guesses or would some bit of information be relevant to an answer?

Thank you,

instantbenz
