Thank you so much you're making me feel better. Yes I have my bio letter appointment with me now I am so glad it came today. Our local office is not very busy so I may have a big chance. They will open at 8am and we will be there when they open.Fingers cross.

Try going your local office to get your Bio-metrics done with your NOA and Green Card. If you are lucky, they may agree and that will help you.

Our bio appointment is for one month after the NOA1. The letter arrived about 5 days after teh NOA1. Yours should be in that time frame. You have two choices 1) leave the US and return in time to make it to the bio appointment, or 2) reschedule the bio appointment. The bio appointment is for the ROC petition. It has no bearing on your current GC. You have an extension letter that makes your current GC valid for an additional year. You can travel on the expired GC and the extension letter. Your concern now is should you reschedule your bio appointment, your ROC may be delayed. You can see if you can do a walk in if you know you will be out of the country when your appointment is scheduled. My guess is you can go to the PI and conduct your business and return in a couple of weeks and be fine.

Good luck,

Dave

Thank you Dave, I should get my bio letter this week, "I hope" see if I can do it early or reschedule it. Thank you very much.

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionI-751 sent and NOA received!
Hello vj members, I need help or some info any reply is so much appreciated. We sent my I-751 and got my NOA already I am now waiting for my bio appointment schedule, my husband is leaving tomorrow to the Philippines because we are buying a property, he can't purchase the land without me because he is not from the Philippines so I need to be there for that. My questions would be.: is there a faster way to leave the US , before bio appt? Will I need to get an info pass if I leave before i get my biometrics letter appointment? I really need some info, so vj members please help me. Thank you!

BTW my green card will not expire until May 18th, and I am not planning to stay over in the Philippines that long, if I can leave early and don't have to wait for my biometrics appointment I should be back in the US before my green card expire, I will be buying a round trip ticket if I am allowed to leave. Sorry it's quite long. Thank you again.

Yes Dave is right, in fact I was at my local ASC yesterday for my biometrics.

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresRFE Help to show proof of a bonafide marital relationship
I got my 10 green card on January 15,2014, we sent my papers March of last year, I was denied first because they said we were lack of evidence. We sent them copy of our:
1: health insurance card
2:tax return
3: copy of our bank statement (both names on it)
4: itinerary(copy) with both our names on it

Then when we got our RFE letter we have to sent them,
1: letter from our friend that knew us since the day I got to America and until we got married
2: pictures of us together with dates on it,
3: identification card showing our address( proof that we still live together)
4: copy of our check ( joint account) our names are on it,

And we got get! :)
