K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Sponsor!	my fiance (US citizen) is living and working here with me in Singapore since 2011. We are preparing his ITRs and W2s from 2010 and 2011 to bring to the inteview. We will also be asking his mom to co-sponsor us since we plan to move to the US together when I get my K1 visa so he will be unemployed by then. We also just found out that he should hve declared his foreign income during his tax filing, so he will do that this year and file for addition for his 2012 tax as well. I just wonder if he has to sponsor me, will it be a problem? He doesn't have recent two years of paycheck as he's living in my country. He has paid tax for many years in US before he came back here thou. So, can we use paid-tax form of late years, like 2009 or 2010? If it's not ok, can my sister from US co-sponsor him? But I don't know whether I just need to ask NVC case number or do I need to fill form and give fees. Ok, clearly, I want to call NVC as my petition is approved but I don't know what to ask. So I just called NVC to ask case number but they said no case number yet and to wait at least 10 days. Is't normal?? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	RFE with overnight express mail??	Wooow I'm happy for you. Thanks, I'll do it. Feeling of seeing changing status is really good. Right? I wish my RFE status change quickly to RFE response review and get approved within 10 or less day. yes ofcourse,i usually use USPS overnight w/signature waiver due to PO box address. then, the ff day the USCIS have it already.    then, on the 2nd day your status online change from RFE to RFE response review.   i will definitely/highly recommend overnight thru USPS.   both my RFE's (K1 and AOS stage) got the approval within 10days!!!	jenny92	Not Telling	Myanmar	2013-05-30 14:11:00

Why do we need case number? Where to use it? I called NVC today but she told me to call back 15 days after June 12. It's normal? When we call to NVC, what should we ask? Only case number??? You only need the 134 for your case. Good idea to include at least one years tax transcript with the 134. Now, I'm preparing forms like I-134 and etc. I just want to know that period till 10/10/2013 is for medical check up, Embassy's interview and visa only, right? I'm having trouble in preparing I-134, so can I go interview near 10/10/2013? The 90 days is counted the period from when we got visa but not before 10/10/2013, right? I'm really nervous and sometimes, I even can't breath. I'm in big trouble. The expire date is nearer and I'm having trouble preparing I-134. What should I do??? 2) My fiancé(USC) is living in my country without having any job. Then, he also doesn't have paycheck or tax form for recent years. He doesn't know how to support me. So, my elder sister wants to file I -134. But my sister doesn't know that she needs to file I-134 for my fiancé or me or for both. Please advise me.
