IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	What's going on?	Hi guys, this question is about the two I-30 that I filed for my wife and son, who are in México, I am a USA citizen living in the USA.   I sent everything they ask me for, I didn't receive any letter asking for more information or letting me know that something was wrong. They send me a letter with my case number and the code that allow me to see how my case is going...the thing is, that they received my package on September 6th, and everytime I check the status it says that they are in "Initial Review". I am getting desperate, it's 4 months without more information, without seeing my wife and son. Do you have any idea of what is happening, is this normal, someone else had the same issue, it is okay for me to call them and ask what's going on? Any information would be great! Thanks a lot! I want to let you know (and see if someone else is having the same problem) that I sent everything they ask me for, I didn't receive any letter asking for more information or letting me know that something was wrong. My wife is going to send me the photographs and the I-30 signed and we are going to be ready to send all the paperwork, well, the firts part. It is okay if we put the fingerprint on my son I-30? IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	We are ready to go?	Hi guys,   I am a USA citizen and I am filling a petition for my wife and my son, all of us are Mexican, but I born here in the USA. We got married in Mexico a few months ago and we have a lot of questions!   Can someone tell me if the paperwork that I have is the rigth one?   -Form 1-30, one for my wife, one for my son. I have to send it separated or together? I have to pay 420 for each application or 420 for botth? -Form G-325A, one for me, one for my wife and one for my son -I-864, just for me as the main sponsor -Form I-134, I also ask two joint sponsors to help me, so they are filling this form, is this correct? -DS-230 Part I and II, one for my wife, one for my son and one for me, is this correct? -Form G-1145, to receive updates about my status   We also have: -Birth certificates of the 3 of us, original and copy -Copy of my USA passport -Copy of the Mexican passport of my wife and son - pendant -Marriage certificate, original and copy -Bank statements of both countries -IDs of both countries in my case and one country in the case of my wife and son -Two letters of people who know us well and knows that our relationship is true ALL THE DOCUMENTS ARE TRANSLATED TO ENGLISH AND CERTIFIED BY A TRANSLATOR -Pictures of us, when we were single, when she was pregnant, with our son     I DONT HAVE: -Taxes information, I born in the USA, but my parents tokk me back to Mexico when I was a baby, I never lived here before.     Thanks a lot for your help, we are waiting the passports of my wife and son to bring the first package, I am going to keep you in the loop! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	I-864 Sponsor Question	In my case, I'm sending letters from 3 or 4 companies saying they will continue to give me freelance work, despite where I live (and the letters are going to be from at least 3 different countries).
