US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	changing interview date	hi vj's..good morning to all.sorry if u get mad at me or some dont want to help me.im very sorry..But im still hoping u still give me ur ideas and advices..I have another question here....I have interview date this coming May 14...now coz we dont yet have all document needed to bring to the embassy can the petitioner change that instead of May 14 we make it June 14? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	hello evryone!!!!!..first time here	hello to all vj's im new this site.im sure this site can help me.....I have a problem...I wish u can help me about my problem... Last year i met a man...after 3 months of chatting...he come over here and then we got engaged...After we got our NOA1 i changed my mind and tell him to cancell our papers K1 visa coz i found something with him that i dont like...So why i tell him to not to go through and cancell our papers but he refused my request..2 months after i met another man and we got engaged...He want to submit now our papers k1 visa...Now my question is...Is it ok he submit our papers k1 visa next month even my previous paper not yet cancell?His lawyer said can be file again new k1 visa? is it true can be even my first one k1 visa not yet cancelled?Please help me guys..Im just want to make sure it can be or not...Follow up...last 2 weeks i got email from my ex bf,he said that my papers will be forwarded to manila US embassy and he had our manila case number already...I dont want to go through my papers medical and interview coz i dont love him anymore after i found out some thing with him...So i hope u help me guys....thanks a lot...	t_jd72	Female	Philippines	2009-03-28 09:11:00

I just wanna asks about the case of my friend,2 guys filed her K 1 Visa...I was trying to help her to lessen heartaches about her problem.So, i am here asking ur help in hr behalf.. This is the story of her problem...Last year he met the first guy then after few months of chatting..the guy come over here met and engaged her..After the guy back to his country he filed K1 visa for my friend and few weeks they got NOA1...after they got their NOA1 my friend wanted to back out for many reason and want to cancell the visa..She told her first fiance..So after few weeks she met new guy and they start talking online evryday after few months then the second guy come over here..met and engaged her..When new guy back to his country after few weeks he filed K1 visa for my friend...but no case number yet...Just last month ago the first guy sent her email telling that their visa is approved and have manila case number already....so she confusing now what to do...Is she have no chance anymore to grab the first guy visa now that the second guy filed her petition too and no NOA1 yet? Because accoring to her she said the second guy told her that she dont have chance anymore for first guy visa coz he filed already her visa and now its in USCIS now?
