USCIS Service Centers	Nebraska is much faster than CSC	I have no idea.... Nebraska is much faster than CSC. They are handing the case of May 29. 2006 already. Then, why did they choose to transfer to the busiest CSC? That really doesnt make sense. If our case is still in Nebraska, our processing time will be much faster... Everything is allready in place...Sigh I can understand her feeling. Everything goes fine, and we have got the NOA1. But, today I check how it goes. It says, " my case has been transfered to California service center" why?? why??? Why did they do that? I checked CSC. They are still dealing with the case of Feb. 3rd, 2006. Does that mean I still need to wait at least another 5 months? I am freaking out~~ Everyone who was transferred from NSC to CSC got an email on June 1 (more or less) when they inititated the transfer. Then, today, they sent another set of emails to say they received the transferred the petitions. So that's all this means. It's not another NOA1 - it's a transfer notice. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	What does that mean?	it would help if you are able to provide us your timeline so we know what is going on with your paperwork. i suspect that since you are from nebraska and a couple of peeps here have been transferred from neb to CA center, then your profile has been touched... most likely an update. i cant say how long we all need to wait, i have submitted my petition in march and have not even been touched, however there are people here who have waited much longer. hopefully we will all hear good news soon. My timeline: @We sent the package on May 10th. @We got NOA1 on May 17th. @We had received the notice that our case has been transfer to CSC on June 1st. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Fiance' Visiting During K-1 Process	It's only been a little over a week since I sent off my I-129F and I'm keeping my spirits up about what lies ahead. Still, I read story after story and figure my fiance' and I are in for a very long haul. Here's my question, to which I've read many conflicting answers when it's been posed before. We want to spend Christmas together with my family here in the states this year. Is this even possible? I've read that all he'll need to do is enter, acknowledge he's going through the K-1 process but just be prepared with proof of ongoing ties back in England, I.E. proof he's still employed and will return to work, his return ticket, etc. Then I've also read that this is entirely untrue, that it's not possible. I've looked for information online that answers this question 'officially' but can't find any. Does anyone know where I could find some answers? Any help is greatly appreciated. No problem at all. I went to USA to visit my fiance and they have no any information about K-1 visa at all when they check my information. I guess it's because I havent got NOA2. When they asked me why I came here, I said it's for traveling only. They gave me "6 months" stay. I know waiting/being apart is really a hard time for a relationship. Someone please advice, Will I be able to get another fiancée or a spousal visa again? Here is my past immigration history: The first time I applied for fiancée visa was in June 2002 for a Russian woman; it was approved by the INS but it was stopped/refused by the US embassy in Moscow because she had pending multiple visa applications by several other men. So I abandoned the case. The second time, I applied for the fiancée visa for another Russian woman in June 2003; it was approved by the INS but it was stalled at the US embassy in Moscow because of my previous fiancée visa application; therefore it was pending for consular/administrative review. Tired of the long waiting, in April 2004 I traveled to Cyprus with my fiancée, got married there in Nicosia and soon after I applied for the spousal visa directly at the US embassy there in Nicosia. She finally got the immigrant visa and came to America. Soon after I got back in the USA, I sent a fax to the US embassy in Moscow to stop/cancel the pending fiancée visa. Everything went fine to this point. But unfortunately in America my wife was not comfortable, not happy and unable to adjust to the new life. Therefore in July 2005 she left and went back to Russia. Finally I got divorced in January 2006. I want to try again, just one more time, with a very nice Ukrainian woman I met on my summer vacation; Will it be possible to apply for another fiancée visa again and get passed through the new IMBRA law? Will she be able to receive the fiancée visa at the US embassy in Kiev or will she be put on hold? Perhaps it will be faster and surer to get the visa if I get married in Kiev and apply directly at the US embassy there in Kiev for a spousal/immigrant visa if DCF is possible? My petition was approved on September 18th, so I still have to wait a little longer! Good luck, Ours was approved on 14 sept and they say they still do not have it. I have emailed them twice and caled once. First class mail only takes 3-7 days... these people are a joke and it is just a paycheck to them. Payato Will that be too hurry to contact them now by our case? We got approved on Sep 18 and received on Sep.28. When is the right time to contact with them?
