Europe & Eurasia (except the UK and Russia)EMBASSY CONTACTS - PHONE EMAIL

Can anyone please help me?

I tried contacting the Consulate in Naples on the recommended phone numbers and email without any success.

I know they received my file and I want to ask if they can email Packet 3 in order to save some time on the procedure.

My fianceè filed on November 16, 2013 and we received the "decision" on Sept.4, 2013, too long of a time.

I have two kids that have to go to school.

Needless to say, no one answers the dashboard number.

I tried called  899 343432 and all I get is a recorded message from the telephone company saying that I am not authorized to make this call.

My emails don't get through.

Any other numbers available or suggestions?

Thanks

Europe & Eurasia (except the UK and Russia)Timing: Applicant's Statement -> Interview

Hi Lual,

You have to choose "Immigrant Visa" not "Non-immigrant".

I can't manage to effect payment online. I contacted the Consulate and was told I can pay them directly in Naples.

Ciao

Hi agem:

No, my case is not complicated at all.

I guess I have just been very unlucky.

My I-129F sat on an officials desk in Vermont for 5 months because it seems the official had too big of a work load.

My fiancè got a Congress women involved to get things moving.

In the meantime, I finally got my interview. It's scheduled for Nov.13th.  Lucky it's not a friday.

Thanks much for your reply.

Wish me luck.

Ciao

A question.

Do I have to bring copies of all the documents that were filed with NVC?

Hello LUAL,

Yes, all of the supplemental documents are to be presented at the interview. You just wait for the interview to hand in all physical documents.

My fiancè and I have an immigration attorney helping us with our case and he confirmed this.

I have always had difficulty emailing the Consulate in Naples. My emails always come back to me, they don't go through. I don't understand why, so I faxed my Apllicant's Statement to them which is also ok to do.  Our attorney said it takes about a month to process the interview apponiment and about another month from then for the interview date itself.

I think my fiancè and I have a little black cloud above us, we submitted the I-129F on November 16, 2012 and are still caught in this maze. I thought italian bureaucracy was bad.

Have a good day.

Hello everyone,

I am in Italy.

I faxed my "Applicant Statement" requesting the interview to the Consulate in Naples last Friday, Oct.11, 2013.

When can I expect to get a reply with the date of the interview?

Grazie

I read somewhere that if you don't have your immunization records, it's best to take the shots prior to the medical exam.

The reason being is that it's cheaper.

I live in Italy and I could do it through the Social Health System.

Can someone confirm this?

Also, what vaccinations are required?

Thank you!smile.png

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress ReportsCeac status "issued", how long before I can have my visa?- 2go PI

I hope you are luckier than my future husband and I.

We filed in November 2012, through the Vermont Service Center, and are still waiting for their "decision".

It seems our file has been sitting on an officials desk as they are under-staffed.

Has this ever happened to anyone before?

We were supposed to be done with this by this month, but at this point have no idea.

I have 2 kids that have to start school.

The Vermont timelime states "5 mths", it seems that it's 5+5.
