US Embassy and Consulate Discussioni134 question7
Thanks,
Well I've got an 'offer letter' which is basically a printed email from my supervisor offering me a position in the company, starting salary, and start date. This is signed by him. And recently, I've got a 'change of base pay' document, which indicates a new salary, a new position title, the date these changes occur and this is also signed by my supervisor. This okay?
And you mentioned you sent the past two years tax returns, i lost my '08 return, i recently went applied for a 'transcript' of my '08 return, but i guess that doesnt have all the forms, schedules, and w2s you mentioned to include along with the return. You think that will be fine?, I can give them the full thing for '09 though.

you say letter of salary and employment offer? Do you mean Letter of Employment from your current employer? If so that is good. If not, an employment offer holds no validity regarding your current income.

If you send a copy of your 2009 tax return, be sure to include all forms and schudules filed along with the 1040 and w2.

For question 7 I filled in the salary part and the section on real estate and mortgage encumberance.

How much you fill in does depend on how close you are to the threshhold.

I included to following with my 1-134 (as comparison):
most recent 2 years tax returns with all forms and schedules and w2
Most recent 6 months bank statement
Most recent 6 months pay stubs
Letter of employment stating, salary, start date, current position and status (full time)

Good Luck and Best Wishes

US Embassy and Consulate Discussioni134 question7
Hello everyone,
we just recieved our petition approved notice, and i'm starting to work on the next steps while we wait for the interview information.
Im filing out the affidavit of support form and in question 7, is it alright if i just fill in the annual income portion, and ignore the bank and other stuff fields? So i mail this form along with proof, and is this good for proof?:

1) copy of the salary and employment offer
2) copy of a recent paystub
3) a copy of 2009 tax return and W2

Thanks alot for your help!

PhilippinesHow to best prepare/present documents in the interview
Hi, thanks for the all the tips, they're very helpful.
When you mean not using staples, say i want to staple all the pages (~6 pgs) of my tax return copy is that alright? Or everything should be paperclipped?
Thanks!

I use this online Continental service:

It has been pretty convenient and decent signal to a smart simcard in Samar.
