As long as you have both your greencard and the letter that says it was extended with one year with you, it shouldn't be a problem. Does your NOA state your status is extended for 1 year? Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	I-751 June 2011 Filers	Hello, Just sent out my package to Vermont Service Center today, please add me to your group. One question, I included most of typical items (eg, mortgage statements, deed, baby birth certificate, bank statement, insurance statements, life insurance, auto insurance, pictures, cards from friends/family) but did NOT include affidavit letter.
