K-3 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresSupporting Docs
Here's my question... I'm sure this has been answered here somewhere, but I can't find this info.

Me and my wife were just married on March 15th. We just received our marraige cert in the mail, so we can now start filing. She is here with me in the US on a student visa which expires in July of 2006. I am trying to get the I-130 together with all of the supporting docs, but I can't seem to find anything that tells me if I need certified copies of several required docs or just photo copies. Can someone tell me what is acceptable based on the doc I've identified below? Thanks so much in advance for any help you can offer.. :)

1) My original divorce decree
2) Her birth certificate

Thanks Again,

K-3 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresMedical Examination For I-485 & Work Authorization (I-129)
Can anyone tell me if it is absolutely necessary for my wife to get the Medical Examination mentioned in the I-485 form? She has been living in the US on a student visa for more than six years. Can I submit the I-485 without it?

My wife is currently working a full-time job. Can she continue to work after her current permit expires in July?

We are going to file the I-130 and I-485 at the same time and hopefully before the end of this week.

Thanks...

K-3 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresConfused About Category
Okay, here goes...

Me and my wife were married on March 15th, 2006. She is currently on an F1 visa and has an EAD to work with that visa as well. She even has a social security number. This EAD expires in Mid-July of 2006. I am reading all kinds of posts and information here basically dealing with people who are K-1 or K-3 etc... I am so confused as to what our classification is. I am a US citizen. I was told that I need to file the following forms: I-130, I-485 and all supporting forms for I-485 (I-693, I-765, G-325A, I-864, I-131). I am also under the impression that I can file all of them at the same time to the Chicago Lock Box. Can someone please help me understand the convaluted process...

1) What category do we fall under?
2) Will she be able to continue to work after mid-July and, if not, is there anything we can do to speed up the process? If she cannot, this may cause financial hardships... :(
3) Can we file all the forms together?

Thanks so much in advance to any help you can offer... This board is GREAT!!!
