India	CEAC status stuck on READY	Hi guys, First of all, I'm sorry as I'm posting my question in Philippines forum. I think I'll get any idea from your answers. My immigrant visa status on CEAC says READY. It's stuck on ready from last 2 weeks, but they keep on changing "case update date" every second day. Anyone of you have any idea? Are they working on my file or it's just a system generated thing? Please guys give me some advise. US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Requirements during medical	Hello viki24, I just finished mine this week and you have to bring 2x2 passport photos at least 4pcs, 2 copies of passport , 2copies of online st Luke's registration ( if you registered online), 2 copies of interview appointment and bring your latest medical, surgery result etc. ( if you have done some sort of medical procedure before) just a supporting documents if they ask you to provide one, if none it's ok. Get there early like 5am if you want to get it done fast, I was told to return the next day for my immunization, ( bring a copy of your immunization if you have one from the past) Once the guard told you to proceed to 2nd floor for immunization, it means you passed the X-ray and you are good to go. My fiancée haven't receive the letter and I called the embassy 2 days ago and they was able to pull up my file but their systems mirrors what is online. So they had no appts available just like online and they recommend for me to book appt. online as it is faster cause people are booking appts so fast and calling will most likely make you miss a opportunity.  I believe as long as they receive your case at the embassy they are able to make a appt. for you. If there was a slot open then I would be able to make one over the phone and my fiancée still hasn't not receive a letter yet. No need to wait for the letter, when you got the MNL# that's the one you'll use for scheduling interview. US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	CFO Manila Review	With my experienced last May 28 , it is better to bring everything , like when you had you interview in manila embassy, it is better to be prepared that sending you away because of incomplete document. During my one on one interview , she asked me the proof of ongoing relationship, while the lady who is helping me to fill out the form asked me 2 copies of IDs, copy of online registration, my online interview appointment from manila embassy, birth certificate and cenomar. After the seminar you'll have the sticker and certificate at the ground floor, I remember few attendees didn't received their sticker and certificate, the counselor asked them to come back due to lack of presented document. Philippines	Late registered of my birth certificate question	I changed my old BC because my old one says that my parents were married which is not, so what I did was tried to get my original BC at the local registry to make changes and it was missing, so in short, I did re apply for a late registration with the same name , date and place of birth and parents only the part that I changed was they are not married. Now it was registered to NSO , but the old one was blocked already so I cannot get the old copy. How can I prove that the new one is me if I will be interviewed ? Are old passport, diploma, Drivers license , ID s are enough evidence for me? I don't have baptismal too. Anyway, the scanned copy (with my signature) along with other documents were included in my -129F packet. My husband sent it three weeks ago, and we've just recently received NOA1 that my papers have been accepted and routed to Nebraska Service Center. Ok cool! that's  what we did, fiancee scanned the G-325A w/ my signature and sent the complete doc ( I-129F) last week. Also we already sent our K-1 visa application ( I-129F) a week ago, my problem was i forgot to include the G325A when i sent my documents to my fiancee so what we did was i scanned the document w/ signature and that was the form he sent together w/ other docs.. do you that will create a problem? I called 2GO SM Mega Mall today because mine is for pick-up, no passport yet...but the guy said to call around 4:30pm because that's the time the embassy released new list for passport pick up, I think I will be calling them every afternoon... One of my coworker was on fiance visa too and his passport was delivered to 2GO center and it's been there for days and nobody reminded him that is was ready for pick- up, so better take more initiative to follow-up. Hello VJ's, First of all I would like to say thank you for this wonderful website and wonderful members who does not stop helping and supporting me with my questions when we were filing our papers...without you guys we wouldn't get to the finish line.... So here's my experience...I know I arrived too early at the embassy ( 4:30am ) lol! I guess I was too excited then.... @ 7:30am they started to let us go inside the building , 8:30am had my biometrics, sat down again waited until 10:00 First interview by a Filipino consul, he is nice, never smile, but polite enough to feel that I am not being intimidated by him. Questions I was asked : Filipino consul @ window 49 Fiance's name My name My date of birth . When was the first time we met? How did we met? He said : I can see that you've been to these countries, did you work there? What's your fiance do for a living ? Does he have kids? Do you have kids? Then he said to take a sit and my name will be called again. @ 11:00am American consul. Window 62 Is he divorced ? What happen to his previous marriage? How many times did he visit you? Do you have kids? She looked at our photos and said - I love this photo and I have been to this place 2x What's your plan for the wedding? She said: ok I don't have anymore question, and she gave me a pamphlet for domestic violence to read. @ window 74 the Filipino guy said OK, you can go home and your Visa will be delivered to SM Mega mall 2GO center. That's it and my journey here in the Philippines is finished, I will just wait for my Visa to be released. CFO is my next appointment. It's is very clear in the philippine constitution that when you got married and get divorce to a person with other nationality and divorce is recognized in their country, Philippines should consider the divorce decree, no need for an annulment. Since you are having difficulty get an expert lawyer to help you. Stay focus and always be positive and you will clear this obstacles and will be reunited with your family. Philippines	My wife and her "other" husband	Hello Anthonynortex,    In my own point of view, if your wife ex is Korean Citizen ( Foreign ) and the divorce is granted, you guys just need to present it to NSO and they will accept it.   I read that in a situation that both Filipino Citizen got married in the Philippines or in other country, divorce will not be honor, unless they get annulment in the Philippines because they have to follow the rules of the Philippine constitution as a filipino citizen , so i hope the ex is foreign and a citizen of other country.   Regarding the CEMAR it will always show both you and the ex but with the divorced paper attached to it, it will be alright.
