USCIS Service Centers	California Service Center.....what is going ON????	how do we know what,s going on,in California Service Centre? I felt that progress had been made recently as the backlog for I130 visa had moved up from mid year 2010 to Sept.2011.. USCIS Service Centers	California Service Center.....what is going ON????	I feel your pain as we are all going through the same thing.. I called USCIS yesterday and they advised that they will reopen tomorrow. am a sept 6 filler and am soo soo disapointed -- lets hope and pray... but this is soo soo painful .. I keep crying about it every day myself and i was soo chocked when i heard CSC was closed ... it seems like we are in the village ... why do they have to take 2 days to fix the issue. am really disappointed at how slowly things are moving. we filed on July 25 2012.got NOA1.	luckilou	Not Telling	Ireland	2013-03-27 15:32:00
USCIS Service Centers	How many supporters are here?	May I suggest an alternative: Instead of sending a petition to the President send the petition to the Director of the CSC. Despite what a number of people have said about the amount of care CSC has for the the K1 filers (most of which I think is true by the way) the Director is much more closer to making something happen. The Director was given a direct order by Janet Napolitano to implement DACA but I'm sure he/she wasn't told how to implement it. I'll bet sacrificing K1 filers wasn't even his (her) idea. Normally someone in that position would ask for proposals from their staff and approve. Another member of vj has provided IMO undisputable evidence that K1 filers have been singled out to bear the brunt of the DACA onslaught. The director knows what's going on and is far more closer to what's going on with the K1 filers than the President. All the Director has to do is 1. recognize that the K1 filers have suffered enough already and 2. shift the burden from the K1 filers to some of the other types of cases. He/She has power to do that. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	I 130 July 2012 Filers	Filed I-130 , CR1, PD of July 20th, 2012. Me too,filed in July 2012.got NOA1 within 2 weeks.since then no news except that while travelling on a Visa Waiver Program I accidentally overstayed by 1 day in 2011 and now not allowed enter USA to be with my husband until Green Card is issued.could be years?.
