Canada	WoW'ers stand up and be counted!!!	Respecced on wednesday... I got back on my DK for a Naxx run. We cleared all but the construct quarter, and when we tried again on thursday, we couldnt get Thaddius down. Canada	WoW'ers stand up and be counted!!!	All I can say is right now WoW kinda pisses me off. ME and Hubby we met in WoW, and we played when we were apart, and now we set up 2 nice computers to play together side by side on the cold winter months.... Romantic eh?? NO! I am fed up not having the time to play for a few weeks, and next thing you know BAM there is a new patch, all the talents change, all the things work differently and I don't have the patience to go read on the forums all in advance to know about everything... I'm just sad, being in the game when it first started in November 04, that now they are trying so hard to keep all the HC players, they are losing player like me with all the new changes. I mean, mu hubby's graphic card jumped 4 weeks ago, he had to send it back to the manufacturer and he's going to receive it tomorrow....and first thing you know everything has changed already. My guild has downed Kel'thuzad 2 weeks ago without us and they will start trying Ulduar without me even knowing ####### is going on. Sorry but I miss the good old days when WoW was actually less work than my everyday job. Canada	Off Topic Part Cinq	Believe it or not, the ban on turtles smaller than 4 inches is because of idiots like that. Letting kids play without supervision with turtles, either in a pool, so the kids are actually bathing with the turtles or young kids putting them in their mouth like they would with any other toys.... Then they wonder why the kids have salmonella. My question is, do you let your kids in their bathtub play with raw chicken and put it in their mouth? The other problem is the misconception that turtles are fine in 2 inches of poopy water with no light, filtration, heat, or cleaning needed. This only creates disgusting and unsanitary conditions and those turtles are usually very sick too. Let a catbox fill with poop for 2 months and that would be comparable to that. It's all common sense, and a lot of reptile keepers don't have that, makig the government put those bans to avoid dealing with the consequences. It pisses me off, thats all. My turtles are in a huge aquarium, and they have a filtration that can handle twice the size of the tank since turtles produce more waste than fishes. And I was my hands. Canada	I need help with renunciation of succession in Canada	I'm a Canadian citizen and moved to Illinois in 2007 on my K-1 visa, been married for almost 6 years now and everything is great. I'm a permanent resident still, planning on doing the citizenship whenever I will have money for it. Long story short, my father in Canada (whom I haven't spoke to in 15 years) passed away a few months ago. Basically, his wife, my and my brother are inheriting the nice amount of $30 000 in debts... Basically, we all have to sign renunciation papers to get out of that. I'm being told by the notary in Montreal that she doesn't think the Quebec's government would come after me for this, but I certainly do not want to be responsible and want my name on those papers. No can do, I have to be there in person (has to be done by February 28th,not possible for me on such short notice). So she told me I have to have an attorney sign a procuration so my brother or any designated person could sign the papers for me. I'm still waiting to hear back from the notary, but in the meantime I'm just a little confused. Do I contact an attorney here and have them send the signed papers there? Do I contact someone there? The whole "in person" thing is really pissing me off as I was hoping to be able to do it here with a notary as a witness and them forward the papers and be done with it. Canada	Entered the US from Canada while K-1 pending	Just a strong belief of mine, is that I dont see how they could get that information just by scanning passport since its required to have a passport ready only when you receive packet 3 from the embassy, and you only write that passport number on the DS-230 that you send back to them after that...thus there is noy way they can relate your passport number to it before that happens. I think the informations they have is based only on what youve told em in the past. I did go during my K-1 application and I said I was going to see my guy and all they asked was my lenght of stay and the job I do. THey never ever even mentionned the word boyfriend or fiance. Canada	Got Baby? Avez vous un bebe?	It's gonna be 3 years in May that we are married I have my hands full with his 3 boys, and although I would like to have a child together I am not quite ready yet. We still need to move in a house with more bedrooms to be able to accomodate everybody. I figure we should be able to move out within the next 2 years. By then his youngest son will have started school (they are currently 5, 7 and 9 yo). I just turned 29 and he's 33. So I'm planning this for in about 2-3 years And since it's gonna be his 4th kid, we are planning only for one. And I always really wanted only one. I still need time to take care of my 3 cats, my boa, our future dog and my 10 turtles..... And I am still practicing my parenting skills at the moment. My baby turtles are due at the end of March. They have been incubating for 4 weeks already, only 8 more weeks to go! I guess my emotions got the best of me but I was really mad. About a year later I was talking with this girl at work who told me the story of a mother in Barrie at Walmart going apeshit on everyone after she lost her kid. I was like: "Ya... hi that was me." His uncle is actually the Operations manager, or something like that. He is the once that coordinates any activity or rental or whatever you name it at that mall. It's also a small town where everybody knows everybody (except us since we are not living in the same state). And after a long conversation about technicalities and liabilities, his uncle flat out said " Well I can call the police officer that is working at the moment so he can come talk to you and reassure you that everything is legal, because I know him" So because it was a big gathering for his grandma that has been sick over the past few months, and EVERYBODY in the family was there, we decided to stay... We have my husband's family that lives 3 hours away. It has been a pain to try to schedule something with everybody and is kids for the past year. Now we all planned Christmas ahead, and it was said that we were driving there for the day only with the kids and the gifts for the traditionnal family dinner. NOW plans have changed. An uncle that is the Manager at the local mall planned that eveyrbody would go to the closed mall and bring the food, and that the family reunion would be taking place there. Here's the deal : he cannot garantee that this is not agaisnt the law. The mall will be closed, and it's gonna be a personnal family reunion. He claims that he is 100% responsible for the whole mall while the owners are away, for opening and closing time, etc. Now what if a police that is not happy to work on Christmas day decides to come and give us trouble, and that we find out we were not supposed to be there, and there is some sort of criminal charges for "breaking in and entering" a public place for everybody? His uncle claims that it is considered private property, hence that he is in the right to do this.... Sounds all fishy to me, and I am not ready to Jeopardize my GC renewal for a stupid family reunion. But what kind of problems could that cause me for the renewal? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Should Fiance Come Visit	OMG your posts are almost making me cry, I would so recommend you to have him coming to see you if you have to opportunity time and money wise. Im from Montreal and my BF is currently in Chicago and it kills me to know that we are so close together but so far at the same time. We have been lucky to see each other ever 5 weeks since November but its getting really expensive ( somehow I would have think that since its close it would have been cheaper, but no). But I totally understand what you are going through, as I feel Im going to fall apart every 2-3 weeks or so. This is a lot of stress. Thing is I cannot even fill my K-1 now with him because we are waiting for him to get his divorce papers, and I am the one usually visiting him because he has kids and cant really leave for couple days, and I am scared I wont be able to go once we send the K-1 cause I could be stopped at the border. Ok i guess I am rambling a little bit. But just know how much I understand what you are going through. You got one chance in a lifetime to meet the right person, but yet have to go through all this process to make it even more impossible. Immigration is hard to believe sometimes. WoW was blatantly not made for making marriages lol but it is a payment in exchange for contact with other people run by a business. Albeit a business that is making games and entertainment not bloomin' international marriages! One thing though. We are paying to play a game, but there is no personnal information given anywhere to attract anyone. that charges fees for providing dating, matrimonial, matchmaking services, or social referrals you have to include the whole sentence, its not just about charging fees, its about chargin fees for..., thats my guess. There is absolutely no informations in WOW, they dont refer anybody. Its up to you if you want to give info or not and there is nothing that tells you that "there is the description of this person, send him a a message if you are interested". Ok, I am kinda confused with all this stuff, and I am mainly french too so sometimes I get lost in technical words. But heres my question. Me and my boyfriend met in an MMORPG (massive multiplayer online role playing game) known as World of Warcraft. We both had to pay to play the game, but no informations about anyone is available. I met him as a human red haired chick rogue playing with maces and backstabbing monsters while I was a 7 foot tall night elf with pointy ears, purple skin, and having a giant purple tiger as a pet. Marriage broker? dont think so. (heres a little picture of us before we met for real) Plus we had to have fun to keep playing with each other cause so far there is a couple millions of people playing that game, and we had to exchange our e-mail to really start chatting under our real names, after 6 months of soley playing.
