K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	About I-134 and W-2	We would like to know once we receive our NOA2, hopefully anytime soon, do I need to send my original W-2 forms for the past 3 years to my finacee or photocopies will be fine? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Petitioner is losing his JOB before the compeletion of K1 Process	I am a bit worried about the fact that my fiance is losing his job by the end of February. Our K1 Petition is still in the process of waiting for the Consulate Notification for Interview Schedule and we don't know where we are we standing now. My fiance is looking for a job now and had some interviews but no Job Offer yet. He is far more willing to accept any job that will make above to the Poverty Line but still no luck. And as everyone know, economy is bad right now. Any suggestions or advise of what will our chances of approval? Thanks. Like others have said, as long as he is employed he should fill out the support documents and get them mailed off before he loses his job. It will be several months after you arrive in the U.S. before you are called for your interview. Hopefully he will have a job by then. I too lost my job in October shortly after my fiance arrived. We went ahead and filled our papers for AOS but I started my own business immediately and was able to include a profit and loss statement for evidence of support. I have since found a job, so if I get an RFE for additional support documents, I can now include payroll information from my new job. Good Luck, but the best advice is for him to find a new job ASAP. Remember too that support documents include tax returns for the entire year, so if he made enough in 09 to qualify and he gets a new job in 2010, the job loss will only be a "blip on the income radar screen".
