IT'S REALLY HURT ME I DON'T WHAT I TOLD MY FIANCE TOLD I WILL CONTACT THEM CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME AND TELL WHAT SHOULD I DO RIGHT FOR THEY CAN GIVE ME ANOTHER INTERVIEW

Sorry to hear this. I think marriage and file CR-1 maybe the next better option. Because if they refuse, your spouse can at least sue the State Department, let them prove why in court, because your wife has the legal right to be with her husband. If you don't mind asking you, what is the age gap between you, and also any previous marriages?

Middle East and North AfricaAffidavit of support....I-134

Moving this to regional.

Most consulates require it, however technically is is an optional form.

Seem to recall Casablanca not requiring it, however it is advisable to have one handy.

Eventhough it is optional, my understanding is that you will need I-134 and later when you marry you will need I-864 which will be binding.

FYI
I-134 is used with non-immigrant visa applications
I-864 is used with immigrant visa applications and adjustment of status

Middle East and North AfricaTODAY- (April 6)- Chat with Casa Consulate

This was on facebook today:

Pour toutes vos questions concernant Le processus d’obtention de visas aux Etats Unis, surtout ne ratez pas l’occasion de poser vos question en directe au Consul Américain lors d’un débat en ligne demain a 15 :00h.

The link to enter the chat is: https://statedept.co....com/casablanca

(For those non-Francophones, it says: "For all your questions about the visa process to the US, don't miss the occasion to ask your questions directly to the American Consul on an online chat at 3:00pm (Morocco time).)

WHOO HOO.

Anyone want me to ask something for them? I only have one short question but will ask if anyone can't make it.

Peace!
K

How often do they hold this kind of chat? Do you know?

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresBreaking up
Sorry to hear that buddy, in my opinion she made you a very good favor that you find out now then later. Techinally according to state department website "The I-129F petition is valid for four months from the date of approval by USCIS. A Consular Officer can extend the validity of the petition if it expires before visa processing is completed.". Also as a good experience never marry abroad instead stick with K1 fiancee visa so at least you have 90 days to find out if you made the right decision. Good luck buddy!
