Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)Timeline and costs of waiver process
A waiver is needed cuz he lived in the US illegally. Never caught, but, still needed to get him back. Im just working thru the details, and trying to get an idea of timing and expectations along the way.

Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)Timeline and costs of waiver process
I have an approved I-130 petition (filled out and filed by me), and my husband and I have been debating what to do...Living 2 years abroad, my health is deteriorating, and my salary was like 20% of my US salary, and to top it off, i lost my job here...long story...but, i found an attorney to help who feels i have enough for a waiver to get back. To top it off, I tried to get my degrees confirmed here to help, and they say they are worthless...go figure - a BS and a MBA is considered worthless. I made so little last year that I think I will qualify for the I-912 fee waiver!

What I am curious - what are the forms, the estimated wait times, the process, and the fees I will encounter along the way. I am trying to get an idea when we would have to travel to the consulate for the interview (do they do the medical and interview there at the same time?).

Thank you for your help...
