According to Posted Processing Times and Advisory on Processing Times Both California and Vermont State they are processing JULY petitions, yet when I search the posted timelines on VJ that were filed beginning 8-1-2007 and have interviewed after 8-1-2007 I find 47 Records 11 have received visas 6 have already entered the US 1 received visa in 49 days Where can I find accurate timelines? Yjru stated during that time period they recieved 2.5 MILLION petitions total, which was 2 times as many as the previous year. There was also a post somewhere on the board that showed the number for ALL petitions over the past uears by USCIS. How after a couple of visits to VN, you realized that you wanted a relationship. You are actually better off than most people. Most have only been together once or twice before the interview. You have been together 4 times before you even filed. Just because you dont have evidence of the actual relationship for the first couple of trips, that's ok. You still have proof you were in VN. You can also use an account summary of your Frequent Flyer Account if you have one as Secondary evidence. You could possibly ususe a Co-sponsor for the affidavit of support, although most people say the consulate frowns upon it, there have been people get there visa's regardless. I think you need to concentrate your efforts on presenting the "Affidavit of Support" in such a way that it won't matter that you didn't work in 2007. You do have time to put this together. As the I-134 isn't required until the interview. I would recommend providing statements and account balances from your banks, list any and all assets, and I would also include TAX RETURNS with W2's and/or a TAX TRANSCRIPT which you can get for free from the IRS. Order Previous Years Tax Returns - W2's - Transcript You can prove the relationship, it is the Financial side that I think will be the hardest hurdle to overcome, but I think you can do it.	b_weeks	Male	Vietnam	2008-02-16 16:13:00

I chose to use him because of my situation I have an 8 year old child who lives with his mother. This was a previous non-marital relationship. I was sort of introduced to my now finace by her sister who is also married to an american (a former co-worker) I visited my fiance in Vietnam for 38 days, got engaged, had the Dinh Hom ceremony and a huge party (about 330 guests) About 2 weeks before I left to return to the US, we found out that my finace is Pregnant. I admit that Marc can be very upfront and to the point when it comes to K1/K3 visas, the HCMC consulate, and the whole process. I was just in Marc's office about 4 weeks ago, and I don't think the woman that worked in his office was his wife. One thing you have to understand about many of the workers in the US consulate, many are local VN people. Many are rude, and many do not understand the immigration processes and rules. Marc does, and very well. Many people run into problems at the interview, and hire Marc to help. From many posts on this board, he is very good at what he does. You dont have to like him. But you can trust what he says to be true. I am very fortunate to have understood what evidence would be required, and have saved all the emails and chat logs from the beginning of our relationship. You might see if your employer will provide a letter of employment stating your position, your hourly rate, and expected/projected earnings for 2009 based on 40 hour work week. I would put: "Vistor - Drove car to United States - No I-94 issued - SEE ENTRANCE STAMP IN PASSPORT" You can also explain your visit in Question 18. Just take a look at the timelines search page and feed in your own info to search. By Country, by Visa type, by date, and you can determine the stats based on your own situation.
