That's what I'm doing. I plan on going to see her in Aug. I'm gonna spend 8 days there then come back home and work on all of this. Then maybe go back around Thanksgiving.

I've had a talk with my lady and although we don't like it we are going to wait. I wanted to be able to bring her here but that seems like hitting ur head on a rock. So I guess instead of making two trips I'll have to make three. I say three coz I'm thinking I'll have to be at the interview for the CR-1. If I'm wrong plz somebody let me know.

I'm hearing everything that is said. I also understand what is being said.but if she doesn't have the kids cuz they are with the father then I don't know what else to do. I thank all that has given me advice. And plz don't think that I don't want to hear what is being said it's just I love her and she loves me and we are trying to be together as soon as we can. On a K1 the kids automatically qualify for a K2 if you list them on the application - so no, it would not be cheaper.

And you are going to have income issues - You are not only sponsoring her, you are sponsoring 3 kids - so an $8 an hour job is probably not gonna cut it.

ok you still have to pay for the kids either way. she will be here for a year or so before the kids can come. she will have a job and will be working too. She's a nurse so the income won't be a problem. not being smart but did you read everything that was said? just asking.

She has 3 but we will wait till she's been here a year before we try to bring them here. She will be working when she gets here so that won't be a problem I don't think. also I figure since it will take 9 months for it to go thru and we will be married in aug then by the time her interview is set we should have known each other about a yr.

to answer your ?'s no we will meet in Aug. but we talk every day by phone. we met online in Feb and plan on getting married in Aug when I visit. As far as the job goes I'll b making 8.00 a hr with the chance of getting over time each week, which will add $120.00 more a week. We both have a lot in common and love each other very much. I just want every thing to go as smooth as possible. just trying to make sure we can be together as soon as we can be.

My lady and I met on line we plan on getting married in Aug. What I'd like to know is since it will be only a short time between meeting and getting married. Will USCIS think that we are just getting married just to get her green card? Also I'm unemployed right now and have been since Dec of 08. But that was due to my mom breaking her hip. Now that she is better and my brother is helping out I can get on with my life and I hope that won't count against me. I plan on getting a job as soon as I can. Can anyone give me any advice on this.

I mean It will be about a year before I will have saved up the money for two trips there. so will there be a problem with that?
