National Visa Center (Dept of State)	AOS and IV FOr my Mom	It says on VJ threads that I need to send out my original or certified copies of my documents along with my mother..my questions is I only have one original letter of employment, 1040 FORMS, w2's..does my mom need those documents as well on her interview? National Visa Center (Dept of State)	NVC case #	Oh wow,,that long but hey, we should be cheerful in some way at least we are one step ahead...I will call them everyday...thank you guys for a quick response... I called NVC today and they already assigned a case number for my parents. They got the case last Feb 26. It took about 9 business days in my case. You should be the next! Also, I have read in one of the threads here that you can actually call and ask Uscis for the tracking # to make sure your case arrived at NVC. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	beneficiary's address	I have some questions you guys...my parent (mom) she lived in a tiny small town back in the Philippines and I didn't use her address on either the USCIS petition and forms etc..I used my cousin's address in Manila since it will be the safest and faster way for the immigration to mail all the documents or whatnot for my mom. Now my question is, she applied for a police clearance back where she lived now and that's what I am gonna send for her papers on the NVC process...do I need to ask her to get a police clearance from Manila as well? Kept calling NVC week after the approval, 5 days ago they said I have to scan the NOA2 and email it to NVCresearch@state.gov I am gonna keep on calling them everyday lol ... hope we get our case numbers by next week. I've been calling NVC almost everyday last week and my files isn't even on their doorstep or whatnot.... I am guessing I should be preparing for next week's redial Nvc Mode on my phone as usual. I864 signed 1044 tax form ( 2010,2011,2012) employment letter w2's (2010,2011,2012) 401k statement Do I need to provide my 6 months worth of my pay stubs as well? Or its optional? I got my case # just today after 20 business days. and I sent the DS 3032 through email and logged into the payment portal and I am about to pay my AOS but unfortunately I can't open the payment option. You can call NVC and check on the status. Did you get an Invoice Identification Number yet? National Visa Center (Dept of State)	NVC/Aos/payment portal....help pls!	I got my case # thru NVC for my Mom. Mom emailed the Choice of agent the next day. And today I tried to log in my payment portal and it says I have to call the NVC I can't log in at all. I haven't receive any emails from NVC regarding about the AOS payment as well its been 4 days. The bad thing is when I checked my payment portal the first day my middlename screwed up. They input the wrong one. Yes NikiR lol its alarming in some point I guess... but anyway, I print out the bar coded sheet and got all my documents ready. Okay here's my story, april 2nd got my case # after I talked to NVC I emailed the choice of agent and i've been a busy squirrel after that non stop calling and logging into my payment portal to check my status. Yesterday my payment portal wasn't even right. I got an error each time I logged in. And today to my surprise @ 7 pm my AOS is ready to be paid. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	how long????	Can take up to 20 business days or less for DS-3032 to be accepted. NVC will notify the applicant by email. Same with the AOS it can take that many business days as well. NVC will not send an email if it has been reviewed . National Visa Center (Dept of State)	Case Complete, when will be the Interview appointment?	I called NVC on Monday and was told about case complete, also wait for the email regarding the interview appointment. My parents underwent a Medical exam already, and they have to wait at least 8 weeks for the sputum result at SLEC Manila. Probably the results will be released by Mid or Last week of June. And based on the threads, it normally takes 2 months to get an appointment for the interview, most likely the appointment will also be until June. But I don't know the date. Philippines	bring parents	Call the USCIS right away, I had mine changed because for some reason I think I filled out my form differently I130 form. I called the USCIS and they told me to wait for a letter soon enough I received a letter from them stating to send on the mail a copy of my US passport. Philippines	how many days it will take for Ir5 medical?	Hi Beth. Both my parents underwent medical a couple of days ago. Unfortunately, Dad didn't pass, so both of them need to go back next week for sputum test. They stayed in Hotel Soriente for a night. They arrived in St. Luke's around 10am on their first day. Second day, they were asked to come back at 2:30pm, but showed up around noon since they checked out from the hotel already. Med fee is around P9200. Don't forget to let your Mom bring the letter from NVC that contains the MNL#. They will ask her the name of the petitioner, visa category, when is the expected departure, if there's a date for interview yet. Good luck... Philippines	My Mom just passed the medical @ St Luke's..my questions are..	The medical Examination is valid until 6 months. If its more than 6 months old then she need to re-take the med exam again.
