In your case, they won't hurt because the two of you have lived together and had children together. Your stated "call details" are not call details but it won't hurt to send them. Some sample emails are good but if you use affidavits, make sure they affirm knowledge of the relationship. I would skip them in your case because your strongest evidence will be your children together. No need to trouble anybody to swear to your bona fides for you. The life insurance includes my husband and son as beneficiarys my son is living with my husband and i think the affidavit from 3rd persons (my moms) stating that my son lives with her and my husband too would help sample emails usually will have the topic of my son -- maybe only 3 emails and the money transfer would show that i am sending money to my son and my husband but maybe i should just take that out? You have a son together and he and your husband live with your mother. You're bona fides are pretty much a given.
