I looked in Chapter 21 Family Based Petitions and Applications under 21.3 Petitions for Spouse. I didnt see anything said about Fiance or I-129f except a procedural concern: · If the petitioner entered on a K-1 visa and the I-130 petitioner is not the same person who filed the I-129F petition, the alien is prohibited from adjusting status. Maybe I'm blind and paranoid. But I am a humble man and will patiently sit here and wait until I can Stand corrected . US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	What are your opinions? Should Petitioner attend interview?	Our interview is March 22nd and I plan on being there. I've seen a lot of people get their NOA1 via email within a few days and I haven't got anything yet. Would FedEX have delivered it correctly with this address printed?
