USCIS Service Centers	Nebraska/California Service Ctr Wait	as of my daughter case,they start the process of there fiancee visa last OCT.10 i guess and the received a receipt not later than a week,and it is stated there than there application is forwarded to CVC,and needs to wait for 90 to 120 days for the approval,do you think guys this timeline is really fair?as i read a lot of case here they are in the process very quickly,some says depends on the visa center you are filiing your visa and fast visa center according to what ived read here is NEBRASKA,VERMONT,my daighters bf feel sad about this because he is living near to vermont and the lawyer pass the application in CVC,dont know how long does it takes there the process,because the are really new to this so they intrust a immigrant specialist to assist there fiancee visa.i always trying to figure it our many cases of the timeline but all are different,there are short and long time waiting,how does this happens?hoping you could give me some clarifications from anybody who does done there process,and i am happy to hear from you all.... cherryred Hi everyone, First, thanks so much to all of you for all the help... we love the stats! They are now processing May '06 applications. We sent ours in October '06 (received NOA1 November 6) and were hoping for around a 9 month turnaround total (wedding date set for August 2007). Anyone have an opinion on whether this is a reasonable wait time? This first wait seems longer than initially thought and longer than a lot of the estimates say on this site. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	confuse about 1-130 for spousal visa	hello evryone my bf will coming in phils to meet me in person by june and maybe getting married if things work out with our meeting in person what really confuses me when i read some post from here is about when u file for a 1-130 i am thinking that is all we need to file?but i read a post in here that we need to file as follows to 1-130 for 1-129f or CR-I to K-3 and IR-I i would like to ask anyone in here why we need to file also the 1-129f or CR-I or IR-1 can u explain the different of the 2 i mention what i am thinking we only need to file the 1-130 so one more thing i ask also do we have to pay separate payments of filling the 1-130 then the 1-129?ohhhh my fellow members hope u can reply and enlightened my mind this time i am so innocent about this thing hope u can help me...what i am familiar is the fiance visa dont have any idea about the spousal visa and would like to know about the timeline for spousal visa....thanks for all your advice and replies in advance...god bless u cherry	cherryred_04	Female	Philippines	2008-03-29 22:43:00

Philippines	Medical, ST LUKES	in regards with your querry based on my friend experience it take about days as u will go back to st. luke the following day after the day u have done your medical to get the result and if your medical is okay u can go home right away after u get the result but there were certain cases happen unexpectedly when someone have a probs with her lungs so it will surely takes more days to stay in manila for sputom test it happens also to one of my friend she have done her sputom 4 times before she was aproved,only a little scars they detected in her lungs.the st luke is so strick in TUBERCULOSIS probs.so make sure u have done your pre medical from where u came from so u dont have any more probs when u have your medical in st. luke ...hope my post reply help u..god bless che	cherryred_04	Female	Philippines	2008-05-21 20:40:00
