Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	CRI89 transferred to local field office from VSC	Hello guys! I just got a RFE letter so I guess my case is going to take longer than what I thought. They're asking me only for ONE thing, to send more bank statements even from before we got married, which we only sent the ones since we got married. I'm already talking to my lawyer to see what else I can send them but this should be it. I have another friend who suffered the same situation but got the papers a few months after. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	CRI89 transferred to local field office from VSC	Hello audrynicole,   You probably won't get an approval until November-December. It takes around 180 days after your case is transferred, of course there are different cases that take either shorter or longer time, but that's the average. Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	CRI89 transferred to local field office from VSC	Hello guys! I'm new in this site and I have been just as concered as all of you. I filed my 1751 on June 14th, then got my Biometrics on July 14th. On August 22nd I got a letter stating that my case had been transferred from Vermont to California and a week later that my case is now beeing in processed at a USCIS office.
