It's always best to download the newest instructions and double check that the fees are the same before actually mailing the check as they may change from time to time. The address for where to send it is in there. BTW, some have said to put USCIS on the check, but the instructions are pretty clear to make it out to "Department of Homeland Security" Anyway, read through the instructions for yourself.
