Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionDivorced and filing
I'm sure there are a million topics concerning some of my same questions... but here goes..

-I am now divorced and hold a temporary greencard.
-I am currently living in Canada with family. I moved home a few months after the divorce was final to 'get my head on straight.
-I am pregnant and the baby's father ( and my bf) is in the US
-I plan on living and working in the US, but since I am pregnant, I can't quit the job i have in canada and hope to find a new one in the US this far along in the pregnancy.
( i know all this sounds dramatic.. but it happened, planned or unplanned, and im trying to figure out 'my normal'. I swear im not usually this 'jerry springer'... The last 2 years of my life have put my world in utter chaos!

Can I file the i-751 now, as my divorce has been final for quite some time? ( or still wait until the 90 days before it expires?)

Should I get aid and have the baby in the US and file from there?

Does my exhusband need to sign the i-751 form?

Would it be easier to get all paperwork for the baby done if it is born in the US?

thanks a bunch in advance.
