Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)not submitted i-134 affidavit of support

You would send one set of documents from the person petitioning you and a second set from a co-sponsor.

thank you for your kind reply, well there is one another question in my mind,

-the petitioner doesn't earn, she doesn't have any income, so the question is , do the co-sponsor have to take responsibility for both of us? or only the alien applicant (me)?

You never gave the I-134 at all? It is required at the interview stage you are supposed to prove that the US petitioner can support you.

Also AP can take well over a year in some cases people have waited 2 years in AP. Usually males from Pakistan.

Since you are in AP I am moving your question to the AP forums section.

thank you for your response, but what do i do now? can you tell me if i may send I-134 now? will they accept it?

Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)not submitted i-134 affidavit of support

hi, my fiancee filed i-129f petition for K-1 visa on january 9,2012 in U.S and after the approval, US embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan, asked me (living here in pakistan) to submit the forms:

* i-129f

* DS-156

* DS-156K

* DS-157

* DS-230

*I-134(that was optional so we didn't send it)

*applicant parents information

*g-325A

*birth certificate

*passport photocopy

*police department character certificate

*recent photographs

*proof of engagement

and then i was interviewed on oct 18,2012. The counsler officer told me that they got everything in order, and i have supplied every single document they needed, but my case needs to be forwarded for administrative processing and it can take upto or more than 6 months. well that was sad and bad initially, but now when 6 months are over, case status is same. my fiancee called us embassy islamabad, they picked up and hung up at once,lol, and then she emailed them, and they told us that they are working on our case and we need to be patient and we don't need to contact them via email or phone call for further 6 months.

I have no job in pakistan and i m an engineer, and she is a college student and she has no job either. so i was wondering if they are putting delay in our case just because we didn't send I-134 Affidavit of support?

My question is that if i want to send that form , will they accept it? if yes then how can i send? i mean do i need to take it personally or by courier? what should i do now?

I m really very depressed, any help or suggestions would be appricieted.
