K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Question about our NOA2 (Strange)	Today we received our NOA2 in the mail.  There are some things I don't understand, it's in the comment part in the first sentence it reads: "The above petition has been approved, and forwarded to the listed consulate." But there is no consulate listed on the I-797 letter.    questions:   1) I thought NVC was the next stop in the K1 process after the NOA2?   2)  Is there usually a consulate listed on the NOA2?   3) Has anyone else had their Petition forwarded from USCIS directly to the consulate?   4) Should I be concerned about any of this or just be patient and wait?	rjtaylor12	Male	Philippines	2013-09-13 09:48:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Fiancé forgot he was married before!	"So if you didn't ask he never would have told you, seriously? He didn't forget, he just didn't want to tell you. Lying or omitting something like this is material misrepresentation, and could carry a potential ban. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	( K1 approved) petitoner is On SSDI and depressed, 2012 Earnings only $15K but 2013 $20k!	So what's the best choice for him now?   So no bright possibilities that he would be approved?   They are thinking if she get approved, she come to US first, then work asap, get their income stabilize together then petiton for 2 kids later.     Honestly...and I'm not trying to be rude but why??
