Don't worry about "the delivery and no one there" scenario. Mine arrived at 8 PM and surprise no body is there to sign for it. After all, they are government workers that don't work late, or on weekends, or on holidays, etc. It will be picked up and signed for the next normal business day. There have been numerous threads on this issue. Become acquainted with the site's custom Google search function, it can be your friend. For now, just wait for your I-797c notice (NOA1), and then the patience-building session commences. Good luck on your visa journey. WHAT A BIG RELIEF!!! haha Thanks so much! I'm super excited and hope that all goes well for us. Now, I'll be in the waiting process just like most of you whom are my predecessors. Thanks for the advices and help I received from yall previously and I will also be asking more questions in the near future as well. They just picked up my package this morningfrom the post office because they werent there on saturday. Now im just waiting on them to text or email me that they "touched" it. Thanks for the info. I'm feeling somewhat lucky today so hopefully, today is my day. ahhaa *crossing my fingers* Only a guess but typical Fed Gov Core Working hours are 8am-4:30pm I would expect an email / text to come between those hours Eastern Standard Time of course How about it? Anyone out there receive their email / text before or after those hours? If they are working on May 28 the only thing you can do is wait until i is your time. You can check here for processing times https://egov.uscis.g...b_k8bsZ_X7QWzVt If they get beyond the date of your NOA1 and you haven't been contacted then you can put in a service request So I can put in a service request after December 28th of 2012 or January 6th of 2013. I thought you can request for a service request after the 6months mark which I am well past that. It'll be 7 months come the 28th of December according to their May 28th date. After calling the uscis and getting through to a tier 2 officer, still I can't request for a service request outside normal processing time since VSC is "still" working on petitions from May 28th of this year. I tried getting my senator involved but they couldn't do anything about it and told me to wait another 30 days.....I tried keeping myself busy but I keep drifting back onto thinking about my petition. I'm just running low on my patience now and don't know what to do next or how the end result will be. To those of whom got a service request go through, how come you were able to get one? I got mine on Nov 27th and 2 weeks later I was approved. Good luck I really don't know how you got yours through. Ok heres the deal, I've been searching abd searching all over VJ and couldn't find a solution to my question or possibly I could've overlooked. But what I'm contemplating about is the issue of my previous tax transcripts. Ive read that one must meet an requirement of "x" amount of salary per "y" household members per the 125% poverty line. I didnt make much in the previous years of working which includes last years income tax due to the fact that i was still in school finishing up my bachelor's. But now I do have a job that allows me to make over the poverty line that includes myself and my fiance. Will my pay stubs suffice the evidence in proving that i can support her? Second question, i do have two little girls but i only claim one when i fike taxes. Do i include both of them in the I-134 or just the one that I claim? And i did include them under my household count and i did meet the poverty line of 4. But as mentioned earlier, I havent worked there long enough to file a full years worth of taxes yet. Shall I send in copies of my fiance's Documentation of Single Status or the original? Secondly, the guide states that I must provide "ALL PAGES" of my passport?
