First step: Fallen in Line 2nd step : They ask ask you what time your schedule they will put on sticker on the back of your passport. 3rd step: They have windows get your DSFORM and give you numbers that you will use for Entire interview processing. 4th step: Bag scanning ( as usual not allowed any electronics gadget and food & drinks. 5th step: drop your DSFORM at window 39.wait your number flush on queering board for next step. 6th step: Finger scanning ( windows 41 & 42) ask your complete name and birthday. 7th step: PRE INTERVIEWER: WINDOWS 52.. ( Tagalog yeehh ) asking NBI, CENOMAR, AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE: Q: Sino petitioner mo /Who is your petitioner ?? A. Patrick blabla Q.San mo sya nakilala/ Where did you meet? A: Cherryblossoms dating site Q DO you have affidavit of support with you? A: yes maam.. i give her the folder consist of ( 1-134, ITR ( 2010- 2008), W2, 6 months payslip, bank statement, Employment Certificate, Stock market, life insurance, and patrick assets. Waiting again again... but its ok coz i know im approved..! less than 30 minutes they called me @ windows 72. about the delivery of visa.. US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Requirements of BPI for Visa Fee	Hi everyone. would appreciate your help regarding Payment of Visa Application Fee to BPI. 1) Would it be possible that somebody or my mother could pay to BPI on my behalf? or I have to go there and make payment personally? 2) Is it the original passport they needed or a copy would be enough to accept the payment? Philippines	Foreign fiancee preparation	Aloha y'all. We will send the I-129F packet next week, and I want to research specifically what we will need for the fiancee in the Philippines. What can she assemble now? What all forms and documents does she need? I have looked on some of the stickied threads above, but a lot of those links are dead. So if anyone has a link to a more complete list, please share it with me. Basically, we want to be prepared for when we get the approval, we are ready with what we need. Yes, I know we have a long way to go, but it's better to be prepared. Also, what are the costs for the medical exam and vaccinations, etc. Or is there a link to that info? Philippines	MNL applicants	I got my NBI clearance started today. there was a sign that said it takes 30 working days. has anybody gotten their NBI Clearance sooner? i was get my NBI last week and i go there like 2am in the morning to fall in line and you know that i finish 4pm but i got my NBI clearance. they said if you have hit takes only 10 working days. takes so long because they have new system now. all are new no renewal.	marlyn24	Female	0	2011-08-02 05:40:00

Philippines	Registering the marriage to philippine consolate	My wife and I have been married for 18 months and we just registered the marriage with the Emabassy of the Philippines in Washington, DC. There is no problem or consequence in waiting. The only reason we went is because my wife wanted her filipino passport in her married name, and the Embassy would not do that until we registered the marriage. We were going to my mom's house in Maryland for Thanksgiving, so we spent a day in Washington DC and took care of all of the requirements. I never heard anything about a 30 day time limit. thanks for the quick reply.. i read some blog,just need is additional statement why we filed late on our marriage and need notarized. and i thought need attorney to signed it. some of member said its ok in the bank if you have account there sometimes its free to notarized. i just worried coz according to my husband its very expensive to go to attorney for that..i hope in chicago its the same with washington dc.	marlyn24	Female	0	2011-12-28 09:01:00

However, with the volume of petitions, the number of workers, waiting for RFE returns, it seems like at any given time there is a 60-90 days window in which they are working. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	K1 visa approved in 130 days! :)	Today I was interviewed in US Embassy Manila and it went great. I didn't thought it was that fast and easy although I admit I was having chills but the Filipina pre-screener and the American consul were both awesome, it helped a lot to calm my nerves. Them giving me and my fiancé good compliments especially coming from the American consul was very flattering it was then I heard him say "you're approved" really made my day. Over all, it was such a pleasant experience. Our K1 visa journey only took 4 months, 2 weeks and 3 days. Thank God for guiding us through. I know the process doesn't end there but at least...... As far as I know, you can have the letter of appointment after ur done scheduling ur interview and have it printed.
