Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionSignature of my daughter of Form I-751

About the text I posted this morning about the signature of my daughter  I meant that I do not find any place in the Form I-751 where my daughter can sign if we are filing together. She is 20 now.

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionSignature of my daughter of Form I-751

Hi to everybody

Me and my two daughters arrived to the US on 8th. September 2011 so I understand that we have time to file for ROC from 8th. June to 8th. September 2013.

One of my daughters is now 20 years old but she arrived at the same time I did and still living with me, so I understand that I can file with her. The question is that if they say that children above 14 they have to sign as well I do not find any place in the form where she has to sign. Can someone tell me where she can sign ?

Another question. My husband got a job in Florida, so we are moving from Michigan to Florida. We are going to get there on June 18th. to 20 so my question is that is better to wait until I get there and I change my address to file for I-751 ? as this make us change from California Service Center (for Michigan) to Vermont Service Center (for Florida). We will be in a condo until the end of July and then either we will buy a house (if we have sold the one in Michigan) or we will rent for several months. Is it better wait until the end of July to file for I-751 when I will have the final address or I can do it before and change again of address when I have the new one.

Thanks for your answer

Do anyone knows if we are applying for CR-1 for spouse and two kids if NOA2 approvals take more time ? Thanks for your comments. Is anyone in the same case as me ?

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresJan 2011 Filers
You have to go on the menu to immigration timelines , make a click in CR-1 and then you will see how many filed for each month , when they had their NOA1, NOA2, INTERVIEWS.

OhMy--where do you get the specifics on how many and on what date??

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresJan 2011 Filers

I think you still have a week or two before the January NOA2s start trickling in.... In the past couple of days for the CR1 for California USCIS the dates have been 12/16 (2 of them), 12/20, and 12/23... so getting closer!

I have seen that one filer for K-1 that send the I-130 on December 29th. and received NOA-1 on Jan 5th. has been approved !!!!! this begins guys !!!!

I have seen that Embassies ask again for Police Certificates for the Interview. Does this also aply for CR-1 when one has already submit them to the NVC ? Thanks for your answer Posted Image

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresNVC received
I would like to raise the following question : when in a timeline one says NVC received the case in a VISA CR-1 it means that at this point NVC has already contacted the Embassy to set an appointment or the documents have first to reach the Embassy and after this is when the interview is set ? Thanks for your answer
