I've been calling twice a day since Monday (when they told me my case arrived). This morning (at like 7:30 AM) they told me "we're entering your case now, so I can't tell you anything more, it's unavailable." He couldn't even tell me the 10-20 days standard message. If you get it today, then my case number prediction was off. I predicted you'd get it tomorrow LOL I'll keep you posted - want to see if you were right! Won't be calling again until about 5:30 PM my time, to give them time to enter my case AND to give me time to get home and relax a bit before a busy evening. She said I should give them a few days to get the case in the system. So I say we should have our numbers by Friday....but of course we'll still be calling ever few hours until then! Exactly! I've been calling first thing in the morning in case anything updated overnight, and then again by 7 PM, just to give them a day to get things in the system if needed. I remember you could call at anytime (24/7) and the AVR would work, but now it doesn't even come up. Just curious I think you may be at least temporarily right. I haven't gotten the avr option since last week! It's ok, only cranky op so far has been miss cranky britches this morning...but maybe she just hasn't talked to Piglet in a while, he'd turn her frown upside down! She asked for the beneficiaries name and birth date then stopped herself. She said our case is there, we don't have a case number yet, and to allow 10 days for it to be entered in the computer. All in one printers are a dime a dozen now a days, someone is bound to have one. Hubby asked one of his friends to work to use his and the guy said "oh I have a spare one in the closet, you can have it!" Now he doesn't have to scan the rest of the stuff from work If that all fails, Future Shop usually has cheap all in one printers. If you go that route, make sure it comes with a USB cable some don't. Not sure if they were in color, but always worth a try. Perhaps a library or even a school might have color scanners too (in case Staples doesn't work out). OO a library - good call!
