IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Interesting information regarding huge delays in I-130 processing	hasn't been a 130 sent to Vermont for over a year your receipt has msc?? yes?? that is nbc .. they have them all since last year, then route to a local office new facility coming this month.. so could go there too.. just too hard to guess what is going on now I am not familiar with the k3 processing other than they should stay at nbc for processing, but who knows these days hmmm... i gotta check!... I have been Maried since Jan, 2013 and we barely filled in Jun, 2013 every single time I check something online regarding the topic I get all anxious. when we started the dates said 3-5 months. the time then changed 6-9 months, later it was 8.4-13.5 months or something like that. now it says 6-8.4 months. The more realistic time frame is 60 to 90 days after transfer. Hold tight! you're almost there and good luck!!! Thanx Nebraska approved a couple of 12 dec transfers yesterday. On the 22nd I'll be calling them asking them if they have my petition done yet! Whatever answer I get I'll say ok , hang up, 5 minutes later Im calling again! You got my petition finished yet? 5 minutes later, I'm calling again you have my petition finished yet? ALL DAY LONG EVERY DAY AND I WILL NOT STOP I DON'T CARE WHAT THEY THINK WHAT THEY SAY OUR WHAT THEY THINK THEY CAN DO! THEY'LL GONNA WISH THEY NEVER HAVE MET SUCH A ONE AS ME....
