Thank you that helps!

One last question, where it asks "Occupation (Specify)" should I put "Vacation" or  "College" or simply, "None"

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresForm G-325A

Ok I've read several posts on here about how to fill out the 325A, specifically the section on "Applicant's employment last five years", I'm still a tad confused, and would like some input on my specific situation.

My time line would look like this:

  • Work 02/14 - Present
  • Unemployed - Vacation - 11/13-02/14
  • Work 05/12 - 10/13
  • College 01/12 - 04/12
  • College 10/11 - 12/11
  • Work 06/11 - 10/11
  • Work 04/11 - 06/11
  • College 01/11 - 04/11
  • College 09/10 - 12/10
  • Work 05/10 - 08/10
  • Unemployed 01/10 - 04/10
  • Work 11/09 - 12/09
  • Work 10/09 - 11/09
  • Unemployed 08/09 - 09/09
  • Work 07/09 - 08/09
  • Unemployed 05/09 - 07/09
  • College 01/09- 04/09

My question for this section is would I include all those entries on the form/extra page? This way would ensure no gaps in time of employment. Should I remove the parts where I was in college?

Any and all information greatly appreciated, we hope to send out our package this Friday! Yay!

Thank you all in advance!

-Andrea

P.S Each "Work" entry has its own ROE, but may have been the same employer. If I'm correct they should both have their own entry on the form? For example if I worked at Job1 from 05/10 to 09/10 then received ROE and returned to school, and was then re-hired at Job1 from 04/11 to 09/11, they would be two different entries?
