Mexico, Latin & South America	Going back to US from interview in Juarez	I appreciate all the reviews about interview experiences for I-129F. However, nothing is ever mentioned about how to get back into the US. I plan to attend my fiancee's interview, although I understand I will not be able to go with her. Mexico, Latin & South America	K1 Interview for Juarez	well after u get ur nvc it take about a month to about 2 months for u to get ur packet 3 from juarez. i got mine about 3 weeks and half after i got my nvc letter. it just depends. about normal time is about a month to 2 months. After that u can actually scheduled ur interview right away. When i began to schedule my fiances they had one opening stop for the next but we decided to wait about a month to make our interview to get everything ready and for our daughter to feel confortable with my mother in law since she'll be watching her while were in juarez. hope that helps. the best ting u can do is just get everything ready if u want the interview right away. Kidnapping has been a frequent event in her area. A member of her extended family (uncle) was actually kidnapped this year until a ransonm was paid. She received a call this week demanding money from her to prevent her form being kidnapped. The police are totally ineffective in their work. Is this grounds for me to request an expedited review? Actually, one of her uncles was kidnapped this year and help until his family paid the ransom. Police are not effective. she received a call yesterday from someone who told her she needed to pay him money to prevent her from being kidnapped.
