We are in the process of using an excellent law firm, that is very professional, mostly done all online, except for needing to sign and date, however, they sent that international priority courier, we got it and returned it within seven days. We are very pleased with their efforts, and they have a 100% success rate. It really has taken the stress and worry out of it all. They have an excellent eye for detail, and have advised us on certain things, to make our application not only professional, but easy for the person who is going to approve it. Our application was binded, had a contents page and all. Very professional and well worth it, especially since I will be getting a mock interview phone session with them, to help me prepare for the interview. Lots more, well worth it kinda stuff! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	still waiting	We really understand your pain, as many of us on here do . They CSC service recieved our application on the 26th July and then it was touched on the 6th August, and we haven't had another touch since. We originally thought that we would have our approval by Christmas, but unfortunatley it looks like it isn't going to happen. My partner and I have been together for five years, and this separation is terrible. It is easier if you just take one day at a time! Keep you're spirits up, it is very hard, but there is light at the end of the tunnel, its just a very long tunnel thats all.
