My oath ceremony toke place in Cleveland today at 8:00 am, everything went smooth like it suppose to. they were about 100 applicant. by 10:00 am i was done and i went to SSN office then apply for passport.
fortualty, my journey it over. good luck everybody.

In my experience i toke both passport and birth certificate.fortualty,the officer didn`t asked me about either one but i think u be alright if u take the passport .In fact,they asking you to bring either passport or birth certificate,so in my opinion you will be safe with just the passport.

-copy of cable bill,show both name.

I think they just lost the documents,and they want you to sent it again,on my experience , i got RFE cause i didn't send the 2007 taxes but all the documents was there, so i sent same evidence with 2007 taxes,than after week they approved.

Just relax, i think they just try to delay the process .

Will i got RFE on march , it was list of different evidence, i decade to sent all the items on list for the safety side.

but they did nt tell you exactly what u need. i didnt add any new evidence i just send same evidence again , i know it stupid
but they accepted and approved my GC. just don't worry to much like me, take it easy.lol.

I hope all the luck for you ,and never get RFE cause it sucks.

Do i need to go to SSN office and show them the 10 years GC?,or they update the status automatically?

I head from friend that after 5 weeks from your getting the 10 y GC ,you receive letter from SSN office tell you about yours SSN update, i didn't receive any letter yet and it more that 5 weeks. unsure.gif

My fiancee just passed the interview at Casablanca embassy but they issued her 221(g) for joint-sponsor.
My current income is beyond the poverty line and yet they want joint-sponsor because my 2011
tax return was $3,000 less than poverty. They didn't even look on my bank statement which I submitted
to show my current asset although I did not added on I-134 form.

I have been looking for joint-sponsor for week now with no luck. I may have to resubmit the I-134 with
a current asset that cover the different between last year income and the poverty line amount (5 x $3,000 = $15,000)
I hope they accept it otherwise our visa will be denial :( .

Casablanca embassy is very tough when come to sponsor. Just be prepare and have qualified co-sponsor.

Yes, my friend..
Just coz of your 129f you didn't get transferred.
They did same thing with me. I didn't get transfer at all but I was lucky
I had expidite request pending.
My 129f date was Nov 14n..

You almost close to 5 month for your 129f so you should hear something soon.
Or you can exipidite your 129f after 3Rd March( 5 months)

From what I have read on this forum and from personal experience, I think the alien registration number can change in two occasions:

 

- when the person that has filed for I-130, files also for I-129 F (K3 visa).

- when the person that filed for I-130 approaches approval or request for evidence.

 

We are December I 130 filers and after that when we filed for K-3, our alien registration number changed immediately after they received the I-129 F. 

Since then, nothing happened, since we are still in the processing time.
