Philippines	CENOMAR and NBI clearance documents	We have not yet applied for the visa and have not recieved the embassy letter so I hadn't seen the requirement. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Third K1 Visa	Over the years I have tried 2 prior attempts to have a happy marriage with someone who I had to petition to come to the US. There are no criminal records or anything like that its just that the 2 prior marriages failed. Do I have to submit a letter asking for a waiver?
