If there is space on the request-form, you could write when you left. i did wite at DS 230 form that i i was living in Germany from June 2002 to April 2004 but i sure about April cuz i think i left on December 2003. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	Interview next march	FINALLY my wife and I heard about my interview... it's scheduled for March 18 in Casablanca, Morocco. What can we anticipate? What expenses should i expect? If all goes well, will i granted my Visa that day? Also, anyone have any suggestions for my physical? Iam healthy, takes no meds... i have my vaccination record but it's hard to read, not sure exactly what's on there. Should he go ahead and get as many vaccisnations as i can before the physical, and bring the recorded proof? OR should i wait until the physical? How much will the physical cost? Applicant Name:............................. Visa Interview Rquirements Ali Ghallab must bring the following to the visa interview: 1-any original documents that were requested by the NVC but were not subbmitted to the NVC. 2-The medical examination results if not submitted to the Embassy/Consulate by the physician. 3-the correct size and number of photographs. 4-Valid passport for all travelling applicants. The fllowing table lists the documents requsted by the NVC and whether or not the NVC received them.Please note that even though the applicant may have provided the NVC with a copy of a document,the applicant is still required to bring the original document to the visa interview. Any person (from any country) who is applying for immigrant visa to the US has to provide police clearance from places where they lived for more than 6 months. It's the rule. Do a internet search for the city council/local government/police department of the town you lived in when you were in Germany. Maybe they have a telephone number and you can call them and explain your situation.
