K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I-134 affidavit of Support	Does anyone know how to find out if your job is 125% above the poverty level? And once you are married would you have to change your maiden name immediately so it doesn't look suspicious to the UCIS? or can I wait until my future hubby is officially a citizen? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I-134 affidavit of Support	My BF and I are looking into the processes between the Fiancee Visa and the Spouse Visa. I know that during the fiancee visa you have to fill out the I-134 but do you have to fill it out for the CR-1 as well?? I worry about this because I am currently paying back my student loans from college ( which is about 67,000) and am not able to live on my own, so I am living with my parents. Would this be a problem when the USCIS looks at my financial situation? and deny my bf to come over to the US? Anyone going through a similar situation? Any advice I would greatly appreciate!
