K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	G-325A for K1	When are you finished with Peace Corps? Have you factored in when the application will be approved, etc and the timing of your return to the states? Is having a relationship also forbidden by Peace Corps? If so, won't the government know that you were involved while in Peace Corps? I'm just curious as I'm clueless about Peace Corps rules.... Yes, the specific language of Peace Corps policy is that if you want to marry a national of another country during your service, you must talk with Peace Corps for approval. I don't plan to marry her until after my service. I am trying to fill out the forms now so she can come back with me to the United States. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	G-325A for K1	I am a Peace Corps volunteer in China and I would like to marry my fiance, but I can't because it is forbidden by Peace Corps. So I am filling out the K1 visa application from China and then sending it to the United States where my friend has agreed to send it to the Texas lockbox. I don't know if this is the best way, but if anyone has a better suggestion, I would love to hear it. I was also wondering about form G-325A. The example form on Visajourney is expired and so I went to the state department website and their form expired August 2012. Is this a problem or am I still able to fill it out?
