Philippines	petitioning usc parents	Good Afternoon Sir/Mam. My name is Divine Angeles. I want to tell you first my story then followed by my questions so that you can base your response to me on my story of my situation. I born in Saipan on 1992 of November, Iam a US citizen thru birth, my parents are both Pilipinos, they stay in saipan coz of theyre work, they only have a working visa, and at 1993 of August of both parents decided to go back to philippines, me and my parents stayed for 19 years in philippines, October 2012 I by myself decided to go back in US to work, and now I'm here at Guam lived at my Aunt house.
