Im worried now   dont be worried, thats where i am, and they also seem to be moving... if you were NSC i would say, go hide under a rock and hope it squashes you because you arent goign to hear anything for at least 6 weeks.   I got this message on Jan 28 and until now I haven't received any further updates. I read few posts with similar message which says they received approval shortly after this notice. And our petition was in TSC   Prim, quick question, since you were at TSC and i know early on TSC was giving out RFE like holiday candy, i wanted to know if you submitted full birth certificate for beneficiary?   i included the short form cause it wasnt even required but then when i saw people were getting RFE for them, i mailed 1 to NBC (included my NOA1, etc.) and then when i got transferred to TSC, i mailed another one off with cover letter, transfer sheet, and long form birth certificate. (straight days.. not work days)... so about 22 work days on average.. lets see there are couple RFE's that came out in about 18-20 days from TSC... just keep yourself busy with things you need for the next step and file those 2013 taxes folks!!!   cha-ching!!!! i want to roll in some nickels and dimes! Does it go based on who is registered to that address? or by the number of people you are "sponsoring" aka financial responsible for. as a backup may not hurt to have someone who can be a joint sponsor/co sponsor to ensure there are no issues should they bring it up (either at the NVC stage or the interview stage)...	quitepainful	Male	Canada	2014-02-07 11:24:00

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Aug 2013 I-130 filers	also are you folks taking the election to file as MFJ and complete the W7 and write a letter signed by both parties to treat the beneficiary like they are a US resident, and once you do that, if you need the requirements you can either run your taxes to have foreign income exclusion or take a foreign tax credit, spedially if you are transferring money in/out of retirement accounts, etc. quite tricky, just be sure to consult with someone who knows the rules of but the US (obviously) and also the foreign country regarding tax implications and whatnot.   thats all.	quitepainful	Male	Canada	2014-02-07 10:24:00
