Because in the ebonic slang, when it is said correctly, you know they are saying PHAT, not fat. I'm sorry if you'll don't understand the ebonic slang, for a pretty fine pleasing to the eye thick WOMAN. Now, if a man wants to call a child fluffy, I think I can see that, or maybe that's the term that's being used for the 20's group. But I can guaranteed if you are in your 30 or older, I think having someone refer to you as fluffy can be a little insulting.

no need to apologize!

your milage may vary- im 33 and i am not at all insulted by someone calling me fluffy

to each their own- cheers

CaribbeanIn AP for a month now

my husband was in AP for a loooong time after his approval at the interview.

it was a long time ago, but i think it was at least 6 weeks.

i checked DHL every day and NOTHING....

The embassy called him on a Saturday afternoon and requested he come in on Monday to retake his fingerprints- he did, and the visa was issued days after.

DONT MAKE ANY PLANE TRAVEL TICKETS UNTIL THE VISA IS ON HAND

good luck

I can't seem to get a straight answer on this from anyone we know who worked there. I keep seeing, I think it was Honey, talking about HI reservations. Yet, no one we know that worked there seems to have a job anymore. Can't figure out if they closed and remodeled. Or if they just told people that and then fired them.

i think the hotel was closed for about a month from mid august to beg of oct.

on the internet dating subject- i work with prob 100 weddings a season, id say about half of the people met online. ohmy.gif
seriously! a lot of them are second marriages so they are a bit older and very established in their careers, not a lot of time left for random socializing and dating i assume.

i would consider it if i wasnt smitten- i think a higher chance of meeting someone you *mesh* with on one of those sites, rather than a bar or through mutual friends.

its hard to find skin products without the *lightening/whitening* factor
its in EVERYTHING~ deodorant, sunscreen, facial wash, lotion, face cream, soaps, facial scrubs etc.
i'd say probably 70% of all beauty products = lightening ones
a lot of ponds, nivea, and vasoline brands
