Well when I received my waivers approved in september 28th I was trying to be in advance in my process and I did my interview appt on USTRAVELDOCS.COM and today I was trying to do my appt with the Dr to do my physical exam again but they told me that I have to call to a number from the Embassy in El Salvador to create a profile and them I can get my appnt but when I call to the call center Embassy they told me all my information when they ask me for my passport number, and they cancel my interview appnt because I never receive from them asking to me for that, so now I have to wait untill they send me a email, a call or a mail.	oiraheta	Male	El Salvador	2013-10-11 15:04:00

The 5th we got the updated that the Visa had been issued. And today the email that they had sent it back to cargo Express. Thank you God!!! I just came back last night from El Salvador 2. So I looked in that website to see any updates, and it said there was an update November 5th. At the top it saids visa has been issued?! Does that mean my wife will get her visa? Waivers (I-601 and I-212) and Administrative Processes (221g)	Administrative Processing in El Salvador	Hi everyone, today I got my medical exam and everything was good until the Dr told me that I had to get the vaccines again ( MMR, Td and influenza), and I got those on my first medical exam, I did some researching regarding to the vaccines and I found this, The MMR you need only one dosis or two on somecases and they gave the third today less in a year, the Td vaccine every ten years as required by the CDC and they gave two in less of seven months and the influenza every year and they gave two in less in a year a also less then the time required for the CDC guideline. This is what it pisses me up the most, spending more money on something he wasn't needed. When the embassy requested his medical on Oct 10, his current one wasn't expired till Nov 3. I wonder why they didn't issue his visa then. Talk about mindf#&$. But anyway, he got to do it since it's already expired and I pray, pray, pray that they issue his visa after this. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	another april filer approval!!!	we're approved!!! logged in at the uscis website just now and found this:   Post Decision Activity On July 9, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.   we sent our application on march 29, 2013. got our noa1 april 3,2013. and noa2 july 9, 2013. no rfe.   it was only 97 days.   i am the beneficiary and my usc fiance said he did not receive any text or email from uscis. we will forever be grateful to everyone here on vj. all we did was follow all procedure and didn't have to hire a lawyer.	m&m1	Not Telling	Philippines	2013-07-10 17:57:00
K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	baptismal cert asked during interview	just to share... guys if your NSO birth certicate has an annotation that says "Remarks: Late Registration" on the right side of the form next to your bio info, please make sure to bring your baptismal certicate with you also during your interview. my NSO birth cert was registered late and ive been asked by the consul to provide my baptismal certicate, good thing i had it with me. i said i also had with me my local registry office birth certicate but the embassy doesnt care about that one. goodluck to all future interviewees!	m&m1	Not Telling	Philippines	2013-08-16 00:56:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	police clearance from a foreign country	hello everyone!! im an april filer but as early as now im already trying to complete all the docs required by the US embassy manila.i read somewhere that aside from the NBI clearance, one needs to present also a police clearance if you have lived outside the philippines for at least 6 months. i studied in the US for 1 year in 2007-2008, as such, i would assume that a police clearance from the US is required. Mexico, Latin & South America	Help on K1 VISA.	I have no way to tell you how long it will take, other than it should only be a week or 2 before CDJ has your case file. Then they tend to take their dear sweet time in sending out the letter to you. Once they send it, it takes about 6 weeks to receive. Sometimes people never receive it. The good news is that you do not have to wait for the letter in order to fill out your DS-160, pay the fee and schedule your appointments.
