K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	schedule my fiance appointment very confuse T_T	im having problem with this if I didn't find this website ill probly lost somewhere anywei heres my question...   im doing my gf appointment for interview online and first question on the page is " immigrant visa or non immigrant" I choose non immigrant and on the next pages theres no k1 or fiancé visa to choose it only shows business/tourism, treaty trader evisa,sea farer, working in the usa, all other non immigrant visa... im confuse because I know k1 visa is a non immigrant visa right why it doesn't show when  I select non immigrant visa but when I press back and choose immigrant visa theres choices of  all immigrant visa and k visa im really confuse I don't want to select wrong option I hope this will be my last question to u guyz if theres someone can tell me which steps I should choose and BTW im scheduling her for appointment interview as k1 fiancé thanks in advance	asawako_13	Male	Philippines	2013-06-17 22:52:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	affidavit of support some concern about my w2 income	ok heres my situation for the last 3 years I made almost 30k that's because I work 2 jobs my other job make 17k and the other one is 12k but the problem is this 2013 my other job that's paid me 17k a year offer me more hours of working I used to work 24 a week on this job and now gave me 40hours a week so I left my other job that payed me 12k a year I start working 40hours a week since may 2013 on my other job will this be a problem because last year I only make 17k on that job and I don't have any pay stub on my other job anymore where I make 12k a year I only send them pay stub from my other job that pays me 17k a year but now it will not be 17k it will be more higher now because I work 40hours a week on this job I also asked my employer to gave me a letter she write down that I got payed $14.75 dollar per hour and work 40 hours a week and make $27.600 a year will this be a problem because I only make 17k a year on this job last year then now I make 27,600 this year but the thing is im not gona make that amount this year because I start working 40hours this may 2013 if I start on January ill probly gona make $27,600 but I start MAY so it will be less than that   note: just try to understand my English because im not good on it thanks again vj	asawako_13	Male	Philippines	2013-06-19 12:02:00

Ok heres my question I make 30k last year 2012 because im working 2 jobs and now decided to work just 1 job now but my hours been increase from 24 it become 40hours a week and I request to ny boss to make a letter stating how much I get paid and she even put I make 27,600 a year will it be a problem because last year I only make 17k on that job then now Im going to make 27,600 will this be issue??
