I129F Possible Mistake Awaiting Possible RFE!!!!!!!!!

I read an old post here from 2006, it stated somebody got an RFE for not sending in the entire contents of their divorce papers. I have been married two times in the past one for 17 years one for 10 years. I included the page the judge signed on both divorces, it stated the judge and date of divorce. I thought it would be enough. I got my NOA1 on 2/25/14 should I have received an RFE by now if it was a problem? This is at the California processing center. My brother is petitioning for his Filipina fiancé, and from sending in his I129F till NOA2 took only 6 weeks total. Im thinking if they are on those timelines right now I should have received a RFE by now. Should I just right now send in all my divorce papers without receiving an RFE? or would that possibly confuse things? Thanks for all the help........

When should I receive an RFE??

im only possibly expecting an RFE because i had 2 previous divorces, i included the page of each divorce that stated the date of the divorce and the judges signature. the I129 instructions state "proof" of divorce, which is what i subbmited, but others here have said you are supposed to send all the pages of the divorce decree. No body ever knows for sure! depends on the person making the decission on your application.

california center has had my I129f now for 6 weeks. my brother received his noa2 within the same processing time, and same service center, and country. If i was going to receive an RFE should i have probably received it by now? thanks for your help.....

the only possible thing i can think of is....not including ever single page of 2 of my divorce decrees. the i129 instructions say "proof" of divorce. i sent in the page where it said i was divorced, the date, and the judges signature. i did this for both divorces. that should be enough proof, obviously i was divorced or i couldnt have remarried!

this is the typical ####### you can expect from our government, have to jump through every hoop just to be with the one you love. i KNOW i sent everything required, i prepared it for 3 hours with my brother who just did his and was approved.

i dont know yet, it was mailed yesterday. i called but they dont give any info guess its better then a denial. i just want to know of others experience. how quickly will they respond? i heard they respond quickly, at that point. its at tha california center. thanks

Thank you ExPat appreciate your time......every time I have called there you get an operator who can tell you nothing except you have an RFE. I just checked my status online and they acknowleged my rfe I sent to them, and Iam in "Request for evidence response review" they say it will take up to 60 days to respond, but I know some get the response within 1 week. I will just have to hope for the best. We all know how hard this is when you love someone and miss them terribly....Thanks to all for your time....Pete

Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee listen to me, your not responding to what iam saying........i sent in the entire decree on friday..........they now have it in their hands..........minus one page out of 26...........this was my response to the original RFE........will they give me the chance to provide that one missing page or deny my application???????? thank you ......

Got an rfe for not sending in the entire divorce decree, I just originally sent in only the page the judge signed. I just sent the rfe but after I sent it noticed 1 page that has absolutely nothing to do with anything was missing and I failed to send it. All other 25 pages are there including the certified page and the judges signature. They just received it today in California, should I send them another complete divorce decree or just wait and see what happens? I have heard you only get one chance at responding to an rfe, Iam very scared now and don't know how strict they will be over one page missing out of 26. I have another certified copy of the divorce decree ready to go.......Please what should I do.....Thanks.......

i got an rfe for only including the signed page by the judge!!!! its ridiculous, they just screw with us. divorce is public knowledge and can be verified online in 5 minutes.....include EVERY page of the divorce, have it certified, and your good to go.....im still waiting for my NOA2!!!!

in in the same boat, my wife has terrible internet connection. i understand she has to electronicaly sign legaly, but can i here in the usa fill it all out for her, save it somehow, and she can access what i gave filled out, sign it and print it????? thanks

Affidavit of Support Question Please!!!!!!!!

If you google I-134 affidavit instructions it takes you to......uscis.gov

from there it says you must include stationary from your work stating if your full time or part time and other info, it also says a statement from your bank showing deposits for the year and current balance.......so iam confused...this would seem like the "law" as far as they are concerned at uscis.gov......thanks for the help

in the official instruction page it says you must provide employer stationary stating your wage and dates and full or part time....which I had my employer fill out but from march.....im thinking they wont care about that and just wanna see my w-2s and tax statements....by the way thanks for always responding I appreciate it

Affidavit of Support Question Please!!!!!!!!

We just got our NOA2 on May 2. I already had my paperwork ready for my fiancée. She has a letter from my work dated in March stating my current wage, she has a statement from my bank dated in March. I already filled out the affidavit of support when everything was good. Now after 14 years on the same job I got laid off. I will have a new job soon Im sure. I gross $55,000.00 way above the poverty line. All the paperwork I mentioned was filled out correctly and honestly. Do any of the above mentioned items have an expiration date? All 3 years of my last W-2s all show above $50,000.00 per year gross. Will she be fine in her interview with what I have sent her? Thanks for your help........

well first of all we didnt "lie" on the 325 my fiancee couldnt find the addresses of her 2 short term jobs. now that iam in the states and have more resources, i can try to find them, and would prefer to list them if i can in fact find them.

I apologize if my statement appeared rude, its just that info after the fact does no good. I needed to know if anyone had followed reviews and posts enough to know if this would actually be a problem or nothing to worry about. Should I make my DS160 match the 325 biometrics page with regards to the work, or should I now list the jobs due to the fact that Iam back in the USA and I can locate those addressees for her? i wasnt being dishonest to begin with, had a short time while in the philippines, needed her to sign the 325 while i was there, she had no time to find any old work places that may not even exist anymore. just was looking for a possible answer.....my question still is not answered, read carefully before responding please or dont answer......thanks

When I filled out the biometrics form for my fiancée, I didn't list her jobs and just put she has lived at her parents house her whole life. We were just trying to keep it easy cuz she has only had 2 jobs one for 6 months and one for 3 months. She has no idea of the addresses or phone numbers. Now that we are filling out the DS160 it asks about her past employment, we don't want to lie. So if she does her research and can find out those addresses and phone numbers and we put them on the DS160 will it be a problem in her interview that there were no job listings on the Biometric page? Our package is on its way to the embassy in Manila and we are very excited and don't want any problems over something so simple. Do you think they will say anything? Thank you very much for your help.......

the yellow envelope is what the embassy sends you back with your passort....its the holy grail...off limits do not touch!!!! if you open it or it looks like you have opened it you can be denied entry.
