Most probably tomorrow I may get an all-night access to a PC. As suggested, I will use Skype to make the call. What I need to know is what to do after dialling the customer service number. If you cant get any answer on the phone I suggest you send them a certified mail and demand for answers as to why its taking that long. Also you must have received that notice with 60 days notice right ...... attach copy of that and tell them that you were told 60 days so what is happening with the case now and how long you have to wait.   I am April filer and it is simply ridiculous that people who have filed in June , July and even November are being approved left and right. It is horrible. NBC	I see just now, looking at the USCIS site, that the average time for the Vermont Service Center has gone up to 9.4 months, up from 8.4 months, up from 7.4 months, up from 6.4 months, up from 5.4 months when we first filed.   All I wonder is what on EARTH is going on? My wife and son are in el salvador and i filed for them in march 19, 2013 and i`m dying to see them and hug them and just enjoy life with them but this waiting game is keeping me from all that. Whats worst is that where i work i only get 12 days a year of vacation time and its been now 3 years apart from my wife and 1.5 years apart from my son. I hope the good lord hears all our prayers soon and reunites us with our loved ones. thankss !
