IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - April 2014	So i finally sent out the IV Package today and was also able to fill out DS-260.. it was super easy and only took me around 40 minutes i would say as i prepared everything beforehand with the 2014 screen shots that someone posted.   Also not sure if this it country specific, but i only had to fill in my present employer and job information and they also didnt ask for my education background, so pretty easy on that part. I didnt take new screen shots, but like i said it was pretty much like the other 2014 ones.   i have to say that after all the wait for a case number it only took my husband and i another week to pay everything and send everything in, so it looks like nvc is working their butts off which i appriciate a lot.. now praying and waiting for no checklists and a case complete this month.  hi there I was checking the screen shots and I seen  it doesn't show right in the page but they have a lil tab that says add more IDK if Im correct or maybe is a country thing   good luck	Smoochies2011	Female	Panama	2014-04-02 06:38:00

Looking at 2014 cases that do not have case completes, the following are average wait times between NOA2 and NVC receiving case:   Texas 22.5 days   Nebraska 17.5 days   California 11 days   Whatever CSC is doing, can the other service centers please do the same? Worth noting the more recent case entries for NSC and TSC are more like ~2 weeks to being received... just trying to soothe the fears out there that cases are being lost  good to knowww   btw my marriage certificate is only good for 6 months so I might get it next month i DONT think this nvc process will take more than 4 months right? IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - April 2014	Original Document long form ( Dads name, Moms name...details ) beneficiary's birth certificate or certified copy issued by the government agency that maintains vital records. Same is true for all other civil papers. If you send copy's only or even notarized ones you will get a check list. Yes original PCC must be sent.   im confuse with this maybe that Im not reading it in the right way! but if the guide says certifies copies that means i can send the same certified copy with the apostille thing that I sent for the I-130 like my birth certificate and marriage certificate ! what I am understanding here is that I can't send any copy because I will get a check list help Im in my 5 min spanish zone lol ! if i can't send the same copies i sent for my I-130 then that means i need to get original ones and translate them again and pay for it again and everything :/ help  I GOT MY NOA2 HARD COPY TODAY WOHOO HOPEFULLY APRIL IS A BETTER MONTH FOR US	Smoochies2011	Female	Panama	2014-04-01 07:49:00

I contacted USCIS and they told me to keep waiting and then file a complaint if I don't get any answers. Its a year today from the day I filed and nothing has heppened. All I get is the run around and stupid answers.. I don't know what else I can do. :-( same here a year and 1 week already e mailes congressman senator e request was filled like a month ago and nothing last email we got was on jan saying that our file waa hold up for background check im just guessing this is not goong to happen this next months either i wish i apply later since sept 2013 ppl is getting approve already we would have prbly had a better shot applying later my hubby came here for a week and jist left it sucks this is bs Edited by Smoochies2011, 25 March 2014 - 11:08 AM.
